Have a 21 TRD Sport with 50,000 miles. And sometimes on a cold start in the morning I smell fuel. It probably only happens one out of every three starts. Any idea what it could be?

Most cars cold start smelling a bit rich because, well they run rich fuel trims during warm up. If yours is making your eyes water, then maybe it's because you have the 3UE-FBE that's tuned for flex fuel and the ALC% is reading wrong (common problem), or your O2 sensors are on the way out. Usually the fuel map at startup is independent of the O2 sensors until the sensors are up to temp. You can check your fuel trims against the expected in the FSM with an OBD2 scan tool.

Missed that post! We’ve heard that before from owners who weren’t aware. Check under the hood and make sure.
