Yep Viktor G is a veteran. This is the weak link on the motors for sure and the trans. I've got some parts off his build on mine.

Works as advertised no complaints and covers the silver well.

They're good... easy on; easy off; just has a 'feel' to the back of the handle that wasn't there before. But, I think they all have that, and I don't even notice it now.

Removed my seat jackers and made it better.

I did like the seat geometry with the jackers. It really improved the comfort and the feeling of being planted in the seat. However, I am 6'5" and my head was always touching the headliner. Did I ever mention that I wish my truck did not have a sunroof :)

I removed the seat and made my own rear seat mounts. I made them 1" lower than the mounts that Toyota provided on the seat.
I have the same seat geometry that I had with the seat jackers but I have more headroom AND a much better view from where I am sitting.

Sorry, I did not take any pictures.

Glad someone took the bait :nuclear::D

I wouldn't trade my CM for anything. My 12 year old is following his moms side of the family, he's already 5'2" 130ish so when the whole family is in the truck we need that big back seat. And I've brought every deer, goose and pig I've shot home in my Tundra.

Nice muley! I processed a doe myself for the first time a couple years back. I don't mind doing it; it's just time consuming.

Swapped my chrome mirror caps for Super White ones. Brand is one of those no-name, Jungle-site, aftermarket things but hey figure I'll give them a go. Painted side looks good. Lining up all the clips was a pain. Old ones came right off with a small pick tool along the edge facing the cab. I like the look a lot better than the chrome.

It was fun, except doing the euro mount. For some reason that messed with my head, made me rather uncomfortable. But I think it turned out the best out of all my euro mounts.

    My euros.jpg

He was big enough that my first buck's skull and rack fits completely inside his rack. He's the biggest I've shot to this point.

Changed front calipers out with new oems over the weekend. Both front calipers had at least 1 seized piston. 103k miles on originals. Decided to just replace with brand new oems rather than gamble with a rebuild or aftermarket.

Give me double cab or give me death! Also I have daughters, one of which is 3.5 years and the other is 1.5 months, so it’ll be a fuckin while until anyone is outgrowing the back seat, which they likely never will because I’m 5’10” and my wife is 5’7”. Also there’s less of a cab to hit on trees and such.

Got my OTT done today. I enjoyed the drive home but I will need to run a tank or two through it before I can give it an honest review. The good thing for me is he had the same year as me… plus this sitting in the driveway… the bad news for me is he wouldn’t trade me for my Harley…

So I am strongly considering purchasing a '21 crewmax SR5 this weekend and trading in the '23 4runner.

Is there anyone that has a discount for running a CarFax report?

    VIN 5TFDY5F18MX992716

Unfortunately it's a complete, no frills, base model SR5. It is my #1 color, Cement, and only has 11k miles on it. Price is $48k

I think you can do better if you're not set on the '21 model or cement. Paid $41k for a 2017 Limited with 28,000 miles about a month ago and have seen multiple 2018-2020 1794s with 30,000-50,000 miles for the $48k that they want for that truck. Personally I'd trade the slightly higher mileage for the better trim.
