    Wait..What?
Are you saying it reached torque that far out, and you had to continue tighten with a breaker bar??

If bolt reaches tourque that far out something needs addressed before continuing whether its running a thread chaser through, or looking deeper.
If there is that much rust it will often result in pulled threads, or galding, and should be cleared first.

I asked about that on here and the advice given was "screw it on in---likely bound up in a little rust."

That was 3,300 miles ago and no detected problems.

    ***
Ran some errands, delivered used oil to the local auto parts store, and got to drive my Tundra at night, not pulling a trailer. I'd been wanting to drive her at night and test out the lights, so did that tonight. :)

Low and high beams are right where I'd want those.

New ko3s ride so smooth so far. Feel like I accelerate and brake easier via my butt dyno data.

I do need a new alignment, at low speeds I’m drifting to the right. Also my old ko2 had so many nails in them after reviewing them today off the rim But never had a flat. IMG_3110.jpg

My old stereo kept cutting out on my iPhone Bluetooth so I finally bought something with CarPlay. Hate not having a volume knob but it was the trade off. Created a little start up splash screen so I didn’t have to see the stupid pioneer NEX one when it starts up. IMG_9771.jpg

Need to replace mine as well since the little plastic piece that keeps it attached to the fuel door broke off. But I'd imagine it's inevitable to happen again soon with a new one given how thin the plastic is.

Most double-DIN radios support changing the wallpaper, and quite a few support changing the splash screen. Most of the time, it involves formatting a USB stick to FAT32 or similar widely-understood file format, then creating a specific named folder or filestructure inside, then drop your splash image or GIF, then power on the radio and it does the rest. This info isn't always in the manual, but if you take your radio model number and Google for MODEL# splash screen update, you can usually find instructions, sometimes directly from the manufacturer.

Fuck that sounded a lot like AI...

Anyway, make sure you know what resolution your radio screen is and that the splash or animation file shares the same pixel constraints so it looks normal/OEM

Do you have the exact link to the dealership/seller you ordered from? I tried the link in your post but it takes me to a generic tundra accessories search on Amazon.

Yeah I've got two pioneers, avh4000nex and avh601ex.
I guess the USB and SD slots are on the back. Been a while since I've had em out of the dash.

Yes. One has the letter 'e' in the file extension. Both are still images using JPEG compression and MIME type.

Oh, and some people are stupid in how they code their apps, so it thinks there's a difference between the two. "*.jpeg isn't a supported extension" and all that.

If your Pioneer uses 800x480 for the image resultion/size, there's a ZIP archive attached to this reply (look below the images in the reply) and it contains all the wallpapers shown: https://www.tundras.com/threads/1st...unit-whos-got-what.65309/page-13#post-3888799

If it uses different dimensions, there are plenty of tools out there that will adjust the size, but may distort or pixelate the image.
