Just bought 2020 Limited TRD, mods

First thank you for all your postings I have learned from. Yesterday bought this 2020 with 100k miles on it from local Toyota dealer. After shopping market for 3 months this is the best compromise for me. I am a car/truck guy for almost 60 years and I think the Dealer did a good job of going thru the truck mechanically and cosmetic and they are replacing the steps with new ones, which the wife wanted. I wanted the 1794 but was not willing to pay for it. Things I will do in the next month
Driver side A pillar grab handle - ebay?
Switch the new tires to Michelin Defenders - Costco? how to sell the new Fortune tires?
Shocks to Eibach Pro-Truck, - Shock Surplus?
Rear Sway Bar, ( i thought limited TRD came with it?) - Amazon ?
Rubber Bed Mat- ?
2nd Key - local lock shop?
Is switching to LC Blower motor upgrade move that much more air, mine is just OK ? any sales on above items you know of?
Mostly a highway cruiser, towing a 4000 lb. fishing boat weekly. anything else to make highway trips and wife happier? THANK YOU

 

Welcome aboard!! Nice looking truck. Had a 2019 much like that one, same color and all.
Blower motor / A pillar handle - one of the online Toyota dealership parts stores during a 20% of or more sale is a good place to look. Just had a big 4th sale. Likely a Labor Day one coming up. Skip the knockoffs. Grab handle availability is hit or miss, some will get them out of the junk yards on pre 2014 Tundra models.
Rear sway bar - don’t believe these were commonly equipped, maybe the TRD Sport? This is an area one of the knockoffs works pretty well. And less than $200 on Amazon or Fleabay.
Second key from a locksmith is a good plan. They should be able to program the proximity features.
Shocks - gotta go to @memario1214 and hotshot off-road. He’ll hook you up.
Sell the tires on marketplace or Craigslist.

I have a 20 platinum with just over a 100xxx on the dial... been good so far.
Was just going to say, I cant say enough good about Colton (Memario1214) - he has been nothing but a stand up guy who will help with any questions and the best customer service around.
I added the trans cooler to mine right after I got it... just something else you might consider.

Love those wheels... been looking for some to replace my platinum 20 inchers.

Got a quick return phone call from @memario1214, after listening to his responses to my questions I decided to get the Eibach Stage 2 and raise the front to level it. In stock so should see it quickly and ordered his front mats. Then ordered Amazon Mulan rear sway and rough country bed mat. Waiting on Costco traveling key makers to get 2nd key, otherwise $350-390 local shops. Going to keep these economy tires until I get them sold thru Facebook or we got on a 3,000 mile adventure north to Montana/Idaho. I have my name out to a few dealers waiting on sales for the blower. appreciate the input greatly.

 

I bought my Eibachs from Eibach. Bilsteen and air bags on rear.

Add ESP under rear seat storage to your list. Also a center console organizer. I've got 183,000 on mine. Just bought a Gen 3 but kept the Gen 2.5.

 

Welcome, I have the same truck but mine is SR5. I did install the sway bar but went with an off brand, not the TRD sway bar but between my truck and a buddies TRD they feel the same in corners and general driving. Next, I had a bed liner sprayed in, tinted the windows, added seat covers, subs/amp, wheels/tires and a transmission cooler. I need headlights (mine are cloudy on the top of both lenses), RAS (road active suspension), Bilstein 5100’s, MillerCat catalytic converter shields and an inverter I plan on mounting in my engine bay.
Absolutely love my truck.
