Needing a little help choosing brackets. Basically looking for some that are low profile and sit more to the outer edge of pillar, from what I've researched I'm thinking CBI? If anyone has any recommendations it would be much appreciated. Thanks

    CBI requires hood cowl cutting.

SDHQ and Rago do not require any modifications.

Don't mind a little cutting, more interested in where the lights end up, prefer lower and outer edge. Thoughts on rago/sdhq when considering this? Was thinking sdhq but almost 2x the price. Thanks guy's

This is the rago with the side shooters they offered in the gb. I flipped the bracket around for the led to drop the pods a little lower.

@Berdine try flipping the led pod bracket around. I had to squeeze em in but they still work with enough adjustment for me.

Rago brackets here, just installed today. Easy to order, shipped fast, install is perfect. It's a really tight area to try and design something that will fit perfect. Lots of skill, patience, and hours to figure out the bends and angles to make it perfect. No cutting, drilling, or other mods required.

Using some "Amazon specials" for pods right now, if I'm not happy in a few months I will upgrade. The wiring, relay, and switch are all there now so upgrading pods would be easy. These will be primarily for low speed wheeling and navigating around tight areas at night with a trailer.20180111_164033.jpg 20180111_164044.jpg

Has anyone put together or seen an instruction video on how to wire them up? I hate messing with that kind of stuff.

Mine was easy, but I have a stand alone relay box in the engine bay, so i just grounded each light to the hood, and put the power wires together and too one of my switch ports. But even with out that, the lights i ordered came with a nice harness and switch, and built in relay. so all you do is power & ground and mount the switch If you want the switch to light up you would just need to tap a wire that gets power with either key on or when the lights are on.

I have their flag pole holder on one of there mounts for no bed rail, but mounted it to my rail to clear my bed cover frame. Also had their hidden bumper brackets for a 30" light bar until I replaced my bumper.

Buy a harness. Should include relay, fuse, leads, and switch. From that point just follow the provided diagram. Most of the connections are already made. You'll need to make the final connections to the lights. Not that hard if you take your time and start with a harness that includes all of the components. There are also a couple of write-ups floating around on here.

@trdlife what is the reason behind the yellow lenses? Does it improve visibility in certain driving conditions? Or is it just for aesthetics?

Just installed the Rago brackets today. They may still have their holiday deal. I ordered last Friday and got the Baja Designs spots too. Both companies (They were shipped separately) shipped VERY quickly and Rago even included a price of candy....lol true story.

About the bit of both. I have full clear led for all my other lights. I wanted to due clear ditch and a yellow light bar for my hood bulge but I ended up goin this route. And yellow lights seem to me to do a little better in fog. But that may just be me especially when driving thru it at night. Led and hid seem to reflect back more I get less reflect from adding a little yellow. But I could just be crazy lol.
