Another option for modifications that require harness splicing/tapping

Just got my '24 Limited in April and read several threads here on adding many modifications. My friend has a '23 SR5, and both of us did several upgrades. Based on our own experience, using this forum and some trial and error...we made several pigtail harnesses for many modifications that don't require wire tapping or splicing into your truck harness.

We decided to make some of these in a small limited run initially and offer them for sale. I am new here, so I hope this doesn't violate forum rules by posting a link to external site. I would love to sell in marketplace here on the forum, but I need to contribute a bit more first to meet the guidelines. So, for now, I just want to point out some of what we built and installed and are offering.

These are all low quantities as we test the waters. 3rd Gen Tundras only. I'll try and post our link in each mod thread to make it easier if this is something forum members may want.

1. Vent Light pigtail for non-premium lights.

NOTE: at first we only used the pwr and signal wires from the truck harness and attached ground to the body. Then we realized that third wire in the harness must be ground...so we added the additional wire for ground so all you need to do is run all the vent light wires direct to the pigtail (minus the white wire for dimming).

2. Complete Ambient/Mood Lights for SR/SR5 (DS foot/PS foot/glove box/console/rear DS foot/rear PS foot)

NOTE: plugs directly into the truck glove box power connector which is already part of the harness.

3. Ambient/Mood Lights for Limited trim...rear footwells only

NOTE:connects to the console light therefore does not operate with doors. You could splice extra wire into our harness and connect to the front footwell instead and it will operate the same as front footwell lights.

We now have the pigtail harness for the passenger side mood/ambient lights done and on the site.

Also, we just made 10 full sets of driver side and passenger side SR5 door light conversion harnesses. This will change the non-lited reflector to an actual door light without having to run a seperate wire to the door switch. Still working on our switch mod. Intending to do this with no drilling if possible...all plug and play. Coming soon.
