Hey guys. Whenever I run my 2010 down close to empty, then fill it back up, I can only put just over 13 gallons before the gas pump shuts off. I get back in the truck and the gauge says full. I start looking online to see Tundras in 2010 come standard with about a 26 gallon tank. Could the float in the tank be bad? Maybe it’s not venting properly? Also, sometimes gas comes shooting out running down the bed when the pump clicks off. If it matters, PCV valve has been changed recently.

It's not venting right/well...check your vent hose.

Yes, there is a good chance that the evaporative (Evap.) system is not working properly. It could be the canister itself, or vent hoses.
