    Bree, my boss gave me a brew kit last Christmas. Another buddy who lives nearby also got the same from his wife, and even got the starter ingredients. Neither of us have used 'em. The problem on my side is that I don't have any "extra" place in my very small house... would have to be inside so the temperature stays somewhat consistent and mild. My garage is not well-enough insulated. So...

    I suggest you meet up with your beer-making friend, help him with all the steps to see what/ how often you have to do stuff then, if you think you'll really do this, compare cost to buy a kit local vs. cost for me to ship mine to you from SD. If it's less to ship, you can have mine. Never opened the box.

    I figure we'll all benefit if you brew, 'cause you'll let us follow along with your prolific posts. Let me know. Otherwise, I'll eventuall sell it locally. Or pass it on at Christmas... especially if I can find someone who will let me taste....

    So irritated. Why does my baby have to take the back burner to her step siblings at her dad's? She had a thing to go to tonight with her softball team, which i spoke to her step mom about today. well, she (step mom) just text me that she forgot and was apologizing to me. how about apologizing to the little girl who's heart you broke? i hate getting texts from my daughter and not being able to help her or do anything for her. :(



    sorry i needed to get that out. i feel so bad for my baby. she feels like she doesn't belong there and that nobody there really cares about her. it breaks my heart.
