Is this possible? If so, what do I need and is this a professionally recommended job or DIY?

You would need to do a full 14-21 front end swap to fit 2018 headlights into a 2011.

Look at Sequoia LED headlights from 19-22 IIRC. I think you need the headlights, headlight filler panel below the headlights, and maybe a grille. I believe the headlights need a controller as well, but I’m not sure.

But if you want 2018+ Tundra LED’s it’s a whole front end conversion like memario said: fenders, hood, bumper, grille, lights, brackets… the whole shebang. $$$

Oh wow, thanks! I won't be doing that then. Any recommendations? I have milky lenses and would prefer to replace them rather than refurbish.

Like I said, the sequoia swap is much less involved since the fenders and hood remained the same as your tundra up until MY’22 sequoia.

Else, factory replacements. That what I did when Bambi broke one of my headlights. I don’t care for the aftermarket lighting options; the look great but IME, they aren’t as good at doing the one job that they have - illuminating the roadway at night - as OE headlights. They often throw too much light in all the wrong places. But that’s just my opinion.

    Many on the way.
I’m almost done with this upgrade. The headlights, fill panels, and an adapter harness harness are the minimum re quirked. There are a couple of threads with various bits of info on the ins and outs of swapping the lights, the grill, and the fill panels. Here is wiring diagram if you want to make your own adapter harness or try and re-pin. I’ll post the username of the original source when I dig it up again, I did not design this.

That’s awesome! I wasn’t sure if you needed the harness, a controller, both, or in your case - you can make you own. I may have to study the diagram..

Have you considered the Morimoto replacement LED headlights? I think your cost would be less with them. Plus, the Morimotos are plug and play. I did them with my 2012 RWCM and they made a dramatic difference in being able to see at night. Wait until the Black Friday sale and you can get them for 20 or 30% off IIRC.
