Hello everyone. Long time no post.

I wanted to see if anyone or anyone's children/relatives need an entry level job. Our Orders and Billing support team is in need of more people to handle some increased load due to business growth. Training and mentoring is provided. Again, this is an entry level position, but it is very busy. Processes are in place, so this is not a situation where people are scrambling to figure everything out. It's that way with SOME stuff, but the majority of things have a path forward. This position would be great for a younger person starting their career or someone looking to get out of retail.

While we are a cloud solutions marketplace, this is NOT a technical position, this is more on the customer service side of things.

Also, everything at my spot is fully remote with equipment provided. Please let me know if anyone has any questions. If you have someone interested, I would be glad to have a conversation with them.

Anyone know of someone willing to rent a place to stay for the night maybe two or three nights near Denver?

I will be dropping my truck off for shock rebuilds and I am told it would be a one day turn. VERY optimistic that they can actually do it. I would be totally surprised if they could get it done that quick. Just try to avoid having to drive back and forth from Montrose to Denver. The address I have to drop it off at is 6765 Franklin St, Denver

    TIA

What do you need done? I'm in Arvada and can help if not too time consuming, in the middle of packing to get ready to move.

need to weld an exhaust pipe coupler (un-attached) to un-attached oem muffler. I cut the oem off and run an aftermarket. wanted to add the coupler to the oem so I could use it again and still have flexibility to flip between the two.

I'm in no hurry and if fact have to go out of town for a week so I won't even be in a position of getting around to it for sometime. I appreciate the offer and if you are here (not moved) when I get to the point of being ready I will get back to you. If you move before that don't worry as I fully understand.

    Thanks again.

I have a cell service question. Been a verizon customer forever, but their coverage area and service has gotten steadily worse. Who do you all use and would recommend?

I use Consumer cellular - never had an issue, including South of the Border, and truly 1/2 the price I paid for the same plan with T-Mobile. A good plan for anyone especially age 55 and up.

Good reminder to set my dash cams back up!

Link to one of the most recommended dash cam brands. Same ones I have and can vouch on their effectiveness.

So... I'm looking to buy something interesting. Looking at some sort of classic car, an F80 M3, or a boat. Looking at wake boats in the 20-30k range. Maybe buy in the spring so I can pay cash. Just wanted to see if there was anyone here that has purchased something like this. I do have limited experience with this stuff, but not really sure what is/was good. I can surf/wakeboard only to a limited degree due to bad shoulder. I got pulled at Rocky Mountain Ski and Wake for 15 minutes and my shoulder was sore for a few hours afterwards. I'd be pulling my partner, friends, etc. and using it as a spot to chill/party on the water. Get some inflatable docks, water hammocks, and stuff like that. Ideally, would like something in the 20ft range, tandem axle trailer, bimini, tower and pylon obviously, inboard v-drive, tower speakers, all the cool shit. We live like 10 minutes from Cherry Creek, so we'd be launching there mostly, but we like Chatfield more. Chatfield is MUCH busier though. Aside from Cherry Creek, Chatfield and Horsetooth (have yet to go unfortunately), is there anywhere else not in the mountains to launch (would eventually do Granby, but that's a trek)? Any advise on older Supras, MB Sports, Tige boats? The G23 Paragon at Rocky Mountain Ski and Wake is... UUUGGGHHHHH, but we're not looking to spend 6 digits right now.

I've had an E46 M3 for about 10 years now. Love the car, but maintenance on BMW's, especially M series, is not cheap. Just replaced the starter at 110k miles and it was a $2k bill. I usually do my own work but it's the one vehicle I actually have a warranty on.

Personally I'd choose a mountain sports car over water toy. It's a pick your own poison situation.

The Denver area car scene is pretty big! So many free and awesome car meets almost every weekend to attend!

COcarsandcoffee puts out a list of them every week

    https://www.instagram.com/cocarsandcoffee?igsh=dGprbWtmbTB4am5y

Vehicle Vault in Parker is 2nd Saturday every month

Gateway Classics is last Saturday every month.

Both of them have amazing vehicles that show up.

I get that. All the stuff I'm looking at getting is financially stupid shit, but nothing we could not carry appropriately. 100% understand what all this stuff costs. At worse, we get irritated at the costs, unload whatever it is and eat whatever is needed.

How do you have warranty on an E46?

Lol. Got lucky! Bought the car from an exotic car dealership in Denver and they sold me a lifetime warranty on it at the same time. Called Warranty Solutions backed by Wells Fargo. And every garage has said it's the best warranty company they've worked with. Well over $12k in coverage so far. Got the factory muffler replaced with it. As well as the SMG hydraulic pump, that was a $7k bill. I only paid the $100 deductible

Paid for itself 4x over to date

I'll have to look into this. Which dealership did you buy from? I'm not sold on a boat, so I am keeping my options open.

I got the Friday night Sonic Meet on Hampden and Tower like 10 minutes away. I just don't really have anything to take there. I did meet a couple of the people that put it on at the Naborhood car show last weekend. I should probably just show up to hang out for a bit though to chill with the people.

I feel you though. It is a "what do I want to do with life" situation. TBH, I'm not really sure. The car thing is the car thing for me. I played that game for a long time back in the day and I kinda miss it. I would be looking for something more upscale this time around. I think I'm too old for the modern Asian car scene at this point, but still not sure I'm ready for the classic car thing. If I went classic, I'd probably want to build a restomod or pro-touring something to piss off the purists. It's a 3 sided coin for me at this point and I keep flipping it. I'm 8 or so months out on this, but my other half is getting irritated at my indecision. She had her mind set on a 2 door rubi and was laser focused on that. That's in the driveway now, but she's getting irritated at my waffling.

Definitely go to the next Gateway Classics meet! It's a classic car consignment warehouse that opens the doors for the event. Probably over 100 vehicles inside all for sale. Lots of restomods.

I was eyeing this Aston there last time lol

Its by the American furniture warehouse in centennial

I know of Gateway Classics. I check their inventory regularly. I was also eyeing that Aston on their website... A lot of their cars are just too clean for what I want to do. I'd feel bad restomoding or pro-touring something.
