    Speaking of which...
I just picked up some goodies from @KTM_AJ421
    20250711_111155.jpg
I gotta figure out if these DC 2wd sr5 coils are the same or different lengths and spring rates compared to my AC 2wd Sr5 and AC 4wd TRD coils.
Going to swap out the 4600's on Elvira and her 360k mile Sr5 coils for the 5100's and some lower mileage coils. Then I'm probably going to ditch the front sway bar and just keep the rear sway bar.

Also fixed my subwoofer yesterday. I think it was just a bad connection one one of the wires going into the box. I bolted everything down better too. Before I kinda half assed it and I think all the bouncing around loosened things up.

Doing redneck sh!t obviously. I’d rather have a Lamborghini with the money they spent on that.

My dad met me at 6 AM today to road trip over to the Chattanooga LKQ yard and pick up an NLA part for the 02 AC. He has always been handy with cars or around the house and always willing to help and share the knowledge. As he's aged, I've tried to take on more of the manual labor role while he continues to provide insight and instruction.

This forum is definitely a great place for those of us maintaining these trucks. There's a solid foundation with the "So you wanna buy..." and other sticky threads. And there's load of folks here that are helpful and respond really quickly. I tend to pop in and out based on when I'm working on a Tundra project, but I try to make solid contributions where I can, too.

Thanks for mentioning, I'll definitely be doing this. I think I remember seeing that thread, I'll have to check next time I'm mucking around with the radio. Which will be soon! My backup camera has been sitting around too long

I just can't imagine being that patriotic in 2025. This country is a dumpster fire.

That it might be by your insights... It's still the best country in the world to live in. I have lived in several others myself.

I’d get out there to stay cool in the summer, but couldnt keep a garden running for a long weekend without help. Burnt my strawberries. Which were doing great before the rains.

How do you burn strawberries? Is that just from the sunlight?

Have you seen the poteet strawberry blonde Shiners this year? All I see is prickly pear Shiner. I like both.

So I'm trying to decide which rear shocks for the shock relocation

I'm not sure. But these are not for our trucks, they are 12" travel with eyelets on both sides, for a custom shock relocation similar to Beau and Erik

I haven't lived abroad but I've traveled a lot. Many countries have higher standards of living. That said, recognize that compared to most of the world, we're lucky. Doesn't mean things are trending well for us.
