Hey guys. Need a few ideas for carrying around a couple of surfboards in the bed. I have the 5.5 foot bed and was wondering if there was anything out there to purchase or if some of you crafty people came up with a clever way.

Are you talking about the girl (It) Big downer with Crew Max 5.5ft bed. Crew Max has a lot of room for kids. Why not sacrifice and get a DC and be able to actually carry a camper??? Oh... and maybe actually utilize your truck bed?? Just sayin. 5.5ft bed is worthless. IMO

Cool set-up. From the picture it doesn't seem compatible with tonneau cover. Unfortunate.
