Anti theft light

I have a 08Tundra. I replaced the AC evaporator, now the truck won’t start. It cranks but the fuel pump doesn’t stay on. The anti theft light is not on at all. I’m pretty sure it’s the anti theft device but not sure how to check it. Also there is one connection that I’m not sure where it connects. It comes of of the crossbar to the right of the radio.

That may need to be plugged in. I really hope you took pictures before you unplugged stuff.

 

That sure does look like a radio plug.
Does the radio work properly?
