Hey folks , for you who installed the dirty deeds exhaust and ran into leaking issue on the y joint with the exhaust pipe , what did you end up doing ?
I made sure the gasket is seated properly and that the bracket is tight as it could but still a no go , I ordered a new gasket to see if it makes a difference , I will be replacing it as soon as i get home from camping

I’ve been running one of Keith’s exhausts on my truck for about 9 years (2016 Tundra). So it was basically installed on a new truck. Over time, as exhausts do, I did develop some rust at the flange where it bolts to the back of the cats. Eventually I developed a bit of a leak there. So I took it apart and installed a new gasket. With some deterioration of the steel at the flange, to help this one last as long as possible and keep it dry, I generously applied JB Weld exhaust system sealant all around the edge of the flange. That was several years ago and it’s still working well. I know this isn’t exactly your scenario, but is a thought. I also had to replace the two clamps on the resonator as they had completely rusted through (again, expected on an exhaust of this age and use). It’s a great system though and Keith is fabulous to deal with!

Appreciate the feedback , hopefully replacing the gasket ( although the one I am using is also new , got it like 2 years back and never installed till last week) will do the trick
