Easier said than done when you don’t know better. Hopefully people will read this and choose other wise. I’m thankful I finally got mine after 8 months. Sucks the sound didn’t meet my expectations. I will say around town it was awesome. Turbo whistle galore. Pops when coming to a stop…not back fire. On the highway where it counts it droned pretty bad. I noticed too it took a bit more throttle to get going. I don’t know if that was the engine relearning or what. Put the factory muffler back on and power and torque came back instantly. I did reinstall the factory resonated exit same result…not as bad but the drone remained the same. With the factory muffler and his dump tip its music to my ears.

He did upgrade mine to the 3.0 with bigger hemoltz. I wish the muffler was his original design with the bigger hemoltz. Mine almost looks straight piped.

Anyway if anyone wants it it’s up for sale.

Well I received mine...what a piece of garbage this is lol Looks nothing like what I originally ordered, nor what anyone else seems to have received. The resonator is just cut and frankensteined together to be longer, all these welds are crooked and half assed, and the parts are all scratched up. Zero pride in his work, not worth the shipping it cost to send it let alone the rest. Some 20 year welder/instructor this guy is lol What a waste of money.

At that rate he is likely up to 6-8 welds a day.

From what I've been reading, making the resonator longer didn't help much.
Should have made the muffler longer as well..:eek::rolleyes:

My friend said to his son, who was learning how to weld "With welds like those, you'll be an expert with the grinder in no time."

    :rofl:Fatherly motivation, I guess.

Helmz pipes are more than that. Depending on the hz location in the rpm, that determines the length of pipe but also important is the diameter of the pipe as well.

So y'all are saying it's not the size of your pipe, but how you use it.

I had better welds my second day on an old arc welder in high school. So sad this stuff happens in the vehicle mod world.

For funsies, let’s go over how this has evolved.

Last September, Casey was sending out systems that looked like this:
    IMG_0621.jpg

Shiny. Good looking welds. Looked like he cared, even if there was some drone. Sure, the muffler was from EBay, but he tried.

Now, fast forward to current time. This is the shit he’s pumping out from orders placed many months ago:
    IMG_0620.jpg

Looks like some kid’s high school welding class project. Found smaller (cheaper) muffler on EBay. No longer trying to make it look sharp and shiny. Hacked up and scabbed together the resonator to try to beat science. And then calls you a pussy.

Dunno about hammered, but I just took my wife’s new golden puppy for a walk after breakfast. What she curled up out of her tailpipe looked better than the crap above.

Photo of better stuff, just for fun. Poor Scout doesn’t get any peace with the new kid around. Even when she’s napping:
