Dead stock with oem 16" starfish wheels. We'll see how long that lasts. :) Topper of unknown origin.
My driver's side sun visor went floppy. In my case the plastic pivot that screws into the ceiling cracked and then broke. I attempted a fix with JB Weld and wire but that failed. Next I bought a a used visor but it arrived with a crack at the same plavce. Rather than send it back I got a decent discount for the visors (paid $30 total) and am attempting another repair. Hopefully this one will hold because it's not completely broken.

Unfortunately, the PS visor appears to be available new but not the DS for my '03.

I welcome any tips for repair but I've also ordered another used visor.

The original break in the pivot. Bailing wire and JB Weld were not up to the task of repairing this. Once I reinstalled it the torque moving the visor broke it in short order.IMG_5697.jpg

The used part arrived with a similar failure.

Cut a groove for some wire...

    ...snugged the wire tight.

It's back in the TT and we'll see how long it lasts. A risk is that the groove I added will lead to additional cracks/failure.

Looks good! I too have these “production mockups” that look nails don’t last long once they hit user acceptance testing. :)

I used to have an extra of the Driver side in tan. If I still have still it, it's yours.

I'm an amateur parts sleuther but I never found this part to be available separately from the visor. That also doesn't look like a part # to me but...amateur parts sleuther.

    From the internet...

Wow. Thank you. As of next week I'll have another used visor that I hope is in better condition. If it's not, I'll ping you, otherwise, hold on to it for the next broken visor post. Thanks again!
