Dirty Deeds weld-on muffler

I have been scouring YT for videos of the sound of the @dirtydeeds weld-on muffler. Does anybody here have at 16" or 20" that they would be willing to post a couple clips of cold start and revs?

16" and 20" might be more custom, couldn't find any with that length.

I will say, anything on YouTube is gonna sound different in person. Call Keith and ask him! His customer service is outstanding. He will want to know what you’re looking for and will steer you clear if he doesn’t think you’ll be happy with it.

The 16” sounds similar to our 8” system. And 20” is similar to our 10” system. YouTube search those very popular systems and it’ll give you a good idea of what the 16 and 20 sound like.

 

Alright folks,

I pulled the pin and ordered a 20" weld-on system. Keith was very helpful as expected. I don't have video of the stock system for comparison, but I will record the Borla as a baseline then the 20" once installed.

 

Mine’s going on Friday morning. Went with the 20”

 

you the man…looking forward to hearing the sound clip. 20” is what I’m leaning towards.

 

The anticipation is mounting! Keith estimated that my muffler would be ready to ship today or early next week. Crossing my fingers that it arrives in time for me to install next weekend.

It’s on and sounds great. Has a bit more growl than my friend’s TRD dual. On the interstate at 75-80 it’s mild, the wife didn’t even bring it up. I swear it’s providing a little more hp as well. Money well spent

 

did you get your muffler welded up yet?

 

Happening this week or weekend. We had a spell of good weather, so played instead of working.

 

I dumped the 20" alloys tonight for 18" Methods in black. It's a totally different look and I'm loving it!

The exhaust will go on Friday if it doesn't get to hot to fab.

I am installing an adjustable resonator that I made. Keith @dirtydeeds was kind enough to give me a target length for the 20" weld on. I can't help but reinforce the praise that all members give him!!!

 

I ordered a resonator, seems it’s a bit much for my son when he’s along for a ride. Wife has only mentioned it once, but I know it’ll come up again

 

Prepped the resonator for welding tonight.

 

I tried to explain the drone to my wife, she couldn't understand what I was explaining. She knows that she can feel it in the floorboards but it doesn't bother her ears. Granted, she doesn't commuted 100 miles/day like me
