Soda and fries. The only two that provide zero health benefits.

I feel for you but unfortunately I can confirm. The Midwest in general is not known for great Mexican food. That's putting it mildly. Thankfully I'm close enough to the Cities where options are available.
Out in the sticks here most Mexican food is varying levels of passable but still heavily Americanized.
Sadly, a lot of my German/Scandihoovian brethren think Taco Bell is Mexican food. :puke:

Because German immigrants brought hamburg steaks and then once in America it evolved into the portable sandwich.

TLDR: Because it IS fucking American.

Joking aside losing tacos still wouldn't really bother me because burritos are superior anyway

Especially if @Azblue is right and only corn tortillas count for tacos, because flour tacos are vastly superior.

I think tacos taste better than burritos, but from an investment standpoint, pound for pound a burrito costs less money.

True enough. That's generally what we make unless the wife insists on burrito bowls.

Getting rid of beer and fries.

Beer, I could live without. If I drink it, I'll only have 1 or 2 anyway because I'll start burping and farting up a storm.

Fries can be supplemented with so many other potato products that I wouldn't miss them.

Soda I need for my Jack/Coke, rum/Coke....also like to have a can while I smoke a cigar.

    Debatable.
Those with diabetes need instant sugar, no?
Fries- made fresh, and air fried or in oven.

Sounds like there is a great opportunity for someone to start up a mom and pop Taqueria in your neck of the woods. I could see huge lines going out the door.

I worked in a multinational mega-corp years ago and anytime the Finance and Accounting folks from the UK office would come into town they would insist on going to the Mexican food joints in the area. Nothing fancy, just your typical Taqueria type cuisine you would find throughout California but they loved that stuff.

    **Edit**

As for the question, I already don't drink beer or soda so that gets my vote.

There's sugar in beer. The diabetics are doing it wrong.

Fries in an air fryer are great. But I'm personally not choosing them over the other options listed. Plus beer helps ugly people get laid. So that has to stay. Everyone needs a little love.

Beer?...i don't like the taste, and i'm not going to invest my time or money to acclimate my palate to the suds. So it gets voted off my island.
Soda pop? I drink a can about once every 1-2 years. Also voted off my island.
Fries?..meh. I'm VERY particular about my fries. I eat them maybe once a year?
Pizza? I like some pizzas. I eat it about 3 times a year. I wouldn't kick it out of bed though.
Burgers? The only time i eat a fast food burg is at In-N-Out during a roadtrip...so maybe like one every year or two i eat one. I like a homemade with minimal toppings with no cheese and no sauces. I'd definitely keep the burgers on my list.
Tacos? They stay on my list, but i still don't eat them that often.

I could seriously just eat chicken and rice at just about every meal. 99.9% of the time i look at my food intake as fuel, and my body just runs better with top tier stuff. No judgement passed onto anyone who chooses differently.

In my own personal experiences I would say tater tots seem to be more consistently good whereas fries can be really good or really bad. I would still say a top of the line french fry is better than a top of the line tater tot though.

The best french fries are freshly cut, rough cut, cooked in a quality oil, preferably beef tallow. Add on some sea salt and you are good to go. A truly delicious fry should be good enough do not really need any dipping sauces although ranch dressing, barbecue, and ketchup are definitely welcome.

Ranch dressing can go fuck itself. And ketchup isn't far behind. Everyone knows that mustard is the only necessary condiment.

Trailer food. Invented to do something with all the chunks of potato that ended up on the floor at the processing plant.

This is the reason I kicked fries out. Because if they don't come like this and cooked to a nice crisp, all others fail. Im willing to sacrifice the small percentage of good fries available, compared to the large percent of poorly made fries. They gotta go.
