Does anyone on here appendix carry concealed? I've been carrying a LCR 357 mag appendix style but I'm looking for a holster for my Glock 23.

    I do...and usually a G23 or G43

The holster I use is no longer available but it was made by Megiddo Tactical for Black Sheep Warrior and it's fantastic to the point I AIWB with a light on the G23

Yes I do every day. I have gone through about 5 holsters different manufactures etc.. The Raven Concealment Eidolon is the best one I have tried BY FAR. Easily the most concealable and comfortable. When I carry appenix with an x300 I run a Bawidamann Shenanigans Gotham. Buy good holsters, spend the extra money.

I have been carrying a glock 19 appendix for at least 4 years. An Agency Arms Glock 19 with RMR for about 2 years

I generally carry at 4 o’clock, never could get past the fear of having my gun pointed towards the family jewels. But I’m thinking it’s a much quicker draw from appendix carry versus anything else?

Yeah man absolutely. Also bending over I'm not worried about the but of my gun sticking out. Easier to handle one handed. Carrying a spare mag with it is almost a no brainier since its so easy. Being pushed against a wall it's easier to pull your gun out. Seated in a car. The list goes on and on.

I have lent other appendix carry holsters to friends for them to try it out. Every single one has not returned said holster lol. I highly suggest you try it if you can.

For me its the fact that I can see whats happening around the gun 100% of the time because its right in front of me. With it at the 4 o'clock i felt like it would be easy to be disarmed. And yes a normal draw with 2 hands is much faster then 4 o'clock.

    But again YMMV

Maybe it's because how women are built or how our clothes are made, but I've never been able to comfortably carry this way. I've found other ways to carry depending on what I have to wear

My wife will only carry a Glock 43 on her in the right holster... A Raven Vanguard. But she will never carry a 19 unless its OWB and we are shooting or something. But you can always see it some. Womens clothes are just tighter.

Yes Vanna.....(I’m liking this nickname, you should be proud, she is beautiful)

I took all my guns out on a boat, seemed like a good idea at the time...pirates and all. Had a rather large fire and had to abandon ship. This skipper doesn’t go down with the vessel. Lost all my naughty, bad guns, and flipped over a new leaf. I no longer care to own weapons of any sort...in case the FBI or NSA is wondering.

    Still rocking the stock height.
I have never tried to carry this way. I have always carried either pocket or at 4-5 o'clock. I am a bigger guy, and don't know if I would be able to appendix carry.

Vanna is pretty....i won't deny that.

That sucks. I would be devistated. I have a friend who held on to mine while deployed....I've been home 7 months and have felt naked without them this whole time. I'm finally getting them back next week. Between our work and family schedules i haven't been able to get them.

Next time you play pirate...no fires!;)

I'm not gonna lie...my guns haven't gone down with the boats because I have a separate insurance rider to cover them and I had to list them out

I'm sure the .gov knows what I have...they just don't know where I keep them
