mirror caps

Ive got one peeled chrome mirror cap (power mirrors if that makes a difference). Has anyone found cap replacements? Im only seeing full assemblies.

 

I've seen the black caps but never chrome replacements.Im ordering the black caps with turn indicators off Cartrim

 

Pull the cap, sand and paint body color. Chrome is for bikes.

Plastic trim removal tool. Start at the bottom of the mirror cap, separate enough to get the tool in there and slowly work around the outside to the top and then again at the bottom towards the inside. You will hear a pop when each tab releases. It will sound like it's breaking, but I've done this twice now and the tabs are still intact. @JakeJake has a good pic HERE of his removal.

 

Did you install the caps with turn indicators? I want to but I have an SR5 with none and was wondering how to wire them up

 

That's not a thing with 1st gen Tundras.

 

Well I got these caps and IMO are cheap junk.Fit and finish is terrible.After reading their return policy I'm probably stuck with selling them on FB marketplace....jeez
