Did you completely cover those areas with the mats or only put random tiles on those areas? Asking because I want to buy only the amount of material I need for the doors and the back wall.

I'm partial to https://www.secondskinaudio.com/ myself. I've used several different brands before and it seems the easiest to work with, especially their CLD product. I really like the luxury liner pro which is a CCF & MLV combined.

Used Kilmat 80mil fr/theScamazon; applied to inside of outer door metal wherever I could get hand/part forearm to reach.
18Sft [17 shts of 10x16"] was under $40 and inner doors took about 6 sheets...no problem w/install...cleaned surfaces w/water sponge, followed by dilute Dawn, clean water sponge. Let dry, then papertoweled w/ Isopropyl alcohol.
Dont need rollers they all want to sell; since inner access is limited, cant see leverage from 6" long handle being much better than a 3/4 or 1" ID PVC pipe cut to length of middlefinger. Just press w/minor roll where you can...not a fine science.
Didnt go cray w/it and after closing cab and blasting speaks w/various tunes, you might find add'l spots to apply small patches.
Even w/bk cab wall left to do, i'll still have enuf to do ALL again. Just to use it up, might apply small patches on inside of inner door sheet metal-...20250526_142357.jpg

Did a recent sound deadening application in my 2000 FGT AC and a subwoofer box build. Turned out great. Did the back cab wall, both front and rear doors and a little bit of the floor area. I put some on the back of the door cards as well. It's hard to say how much quieter it is compared to before, but very nice on the highway.

    Nice.
Thats what I'll likely do [bk of cab] with the 11 tiles I have leftover; cant think of whatelse to do w/them. Anything leftover fr/there likely use on biggest flats of door cards.
I also ordered some 1/4" CC adhesive backed foam/foil faced [Nogevo 236 mil. (hoping its Nojoke-O)]. 18sf, under $40 fr/largerriver...seems like layered over Kilmat @ bk cab would quiet things down [theorectically]; any leftover will go to outer door skins.

BTW: What did the Sub-box end up being? [pics?] I may end up going there in future.

ok...so looks like you recycled parts fr/ an external sub-box?
Looks like the seat clears sub, so came out well fitted?

edit: I see now, an entire new box. Nicelooking cabinetry.
Altho Im retired [young-ish], I might roll with a amped-sub-all in one; I just have too many other projects and I think a couple of the AIO's put out just enough to fill the otherwise Bass-less output in a truck cab. IDreallyK.
OTOH, if I were to add an amp to my headunit, i think I'd get better sound profiling vs. a HU only system + powered Sub AIO. Still scratching my head over all this...

Sub box was a new box build. The sub is counter sunk, it’s below the surface of the opening so it does not contact the seat when it’s down. Actually sounds great with the seat down, so I just leave it down the whole time.

@KNABORES ...again, excellent work on your install.
Did you know in advance what the SQ difference would be building the 'calculated' enclosure ? [vs mounting the woofer on a panel fixed to the seat support and calling it done].

This sub is not a free air sub. A Solo-Baric has to be in a sealed enclosure of a specific volume.
