I have a 2018 Tundra with a 5 inch lift, 35 inch tires and 20 inch wheels. I want to change it up and go to a 17 or 18 inch whèel.
Looking for others thoughts on whether I should go with a 17 or 18 inch wheel. I would also like to see pics with a similar set up of 17 or 18 inch wheels with a lift. Thanks

Not the best picture. Hopefully it’ll give you an idea of a 18” wheel with a 35” tire. The rear has 2” lift blocks. The squirrel was a visitor at the campsite we were at. IMG_6735.jpg

I took a picture of the front wheel n tire. It has a 3.5” RC lift. I do want 37” tires next. image.jpg

    Awww, cute little feller!

Unlike a lot of people now, I guess I'm old school. I've never cared for the more wheel, less sidewall look. Looks goofy to me, especially on a lifted 4X4.

I think either 18's or 17's would look good, but in my personal opinion 17" wheels with a nice beefy tire looks really good. Like ready to rumble.

Be advised though, my understanding is that not all 17" wheels will clear our rotors. Hopefully someone on here can expand on that and maybe tell you which ones work.

That’s the main reason I stayed with 18” wheels. I didn’t want to take the chance with my upgraded brake rotors rubbing. And like you, I like to see more sidewalls on a tire.

I know there's members on here running 17's successfully but it's close, and there's a select few wheels that have the space.

Your pic of the campground visitor gave me an idea.

We're camping in the mountains this weekend, I think I'll take some peanuts with me and see if I can make friends with the locals. :)

Just installed a set of wheels for a customer. 35" Pizza cutters are one of the best wheel sizes for our trucks. Fit with no rub at stock height!
