    Hi,
New to this forum. I recently ran over an aluminum ladder going 70 on the highway. It stripped off the wired connection to the speed sensor on the rear passenger wheel. The dash lit up with warnings and codes. I replaced the wiring harness for the rear speed sensors and replaced the sensor that was broke. The dash lights went off and everything seemed normal. The only, and quite unsafe issue now is lack of acceleration while turning steering wheel. It completely goes nowhere and the anti-slip warning light [IMG] comes on and power is completely gone. I've done the "turning steering wheel to both sides" and cleared any codes that might be there. Is there something I need to reset? I've disconnected the battery for about 15mins and still no help. Thanks for any insight you may have.

Bump just to help this guy…

Have no clue, other than something still not right in wiring or sensor.

    Too many, but not enough....
I would try resetting battery for a couple hours and make sure there isn't a line getting pinched or something on the front wheels.

If the light is going off then the system is reading different wheel speeds on each side of the axle, so I would replace the rear driver sensor as well. If given the option, get an OEM replacement as well.

Edit: Now that I think about it, it’s possible that the new sensor you installed might be faulty since everything was fine before. Is the new speed sensor OEM or is it an aftermarket item?

If you, or someone you know, has access to a good bi-directional scanner, it should be able to narrow down which sensor is bad. Had an issue w one about a year ago, and the scanner helped figure out the bad one, because all looked OK visually.

Sensors are the same front to back on the same side, so keep that in mind too.

Any other flashing lights on the dash?
