I'll take off my quiet OEM brakes and rotors and sell them to you for like $10,000. Only 29,000 miles. ;-). But seriously, what a nightmare. I wonder if they are close to figuring out why this is happening and only to some... but what %?

My "solution" to this problem is that I no longer back up and apply the brakes when cold.
The one time I've had it into the dealer they gave me some runaround about having to recreate the issue, and this was AFTER informing them of the TSB.

Brakes work fine otherwise, screw it.

Yeah keep working on them. Let’s not forget I made this thread in June of 2024.
There were a lot of 4 letter words and trips to the dealer but it’s so much less embarrassing when backing out of my driveway now. (It’s only been one day though)

    Yea, mine are squeaking.
Just in reverse, only when cold.
    You're right, it is embarrasing.

My 2024 did that a bit around the 400 mark but hasn’t squealed for the past 20k miles. New brakes do seem to do that sometimes, you’re probably fine

I understand that, believe me I do.

And this is why it's not worth it TO ME.
Likely multiple 45 minute trips to the dealer, more potential for runaround, waiting on parts, waiting on them to install, ad nauseum.
Nah, for my situation, the juice is not worth the squeeze.
