I have a 2025 Limited with JBL that I am interested in adding a bit more bass in. Nothing crazy as I’m surprisingly impressed with the JBL in this truck versus my 2021 Tacoma that had JBL.

My plan was to add a BeatSonic ENA-2T3 to add a little “umph” to the factory JBL and, if needed, add an additional powered sub. Any recommendations on a powered sub?

I do have powered seats so I am not sure how much room is under there; if that even makes a difference.

In addition, I wouldn’t mind adding something behind the rear passenger seat.

I’m not really interested in ripping everything out and replacing it like I did in my Tacoma; just looking to add a little bit extra to what my truck currently has.

Any input, suggestions, and/or feedback would be greatly appreciated!!

Bear in mind, this was on a 2011 Crewmax.
I used a Skar 8 guage amp wiring kit. I ran the power lead through the firewall grommet on the driver's side, and ran it down the door jam channels to behind the rear seats (behind the backwall panels). I connected the RCA cables to the back of my headunit (Kenwood DNX996XR) and ran them and the lead for the remote gain control down the door jam channel on the passenger side to behind the rear passenger seats (again, behing the panels). I connected my ground to the frame of the box that holds my jack, and ran it, the power lead, the RCA's, and the remote lead through a small slot that I made at the seam between the rear panels. I connected the power and ground to the sub harness. I connected the RCA's to the sub's RCA harness and plugged it into the sub. Then I plugged in the remote lead to the sub. I connected the power/ground harness into the sub. I secured the sub to the back panel of the cab with some unholy velcro I got at Home Depot (the included strip is pretty weak). I tucked the exposed wiring into a section of cable management conduit.

I have Memphis Audio M Class tweeters, component 6x9's, and 6.5's. The powered sub really rounds out the sound. I have been enjoying it.
