Can anyone help with an overhang question?

I'm in the market for a 1st gen Tundra, but I need to make sure it will fit in my garage. I've measured it out and it's very close, so I'm wondering if anyone can give me a rough idea of how much front over hang there is on these trucks. I have a small ledge in the garage that keeps me from pulling all the way in, so it could be the difference between a tight fit and not fitting at all. I have a 2005 4Runner with 265/70R17 tires on it that I took a picture of for reference. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

 

For my '00 (with the steel bumper), I measure about 36" from the center of the front wheel to the outermost edge of the bumper.

 

I could try to nab some measurements later today but, I am in the same boat as you literally. I have a 4th gen 4runner and a DC 1st gen tundra. I also have a lip in my garage. Its a tight squeeze but, I am only able to back in the tundra to fit. The rear overhang is longer than the front and I get about 2-3in of clearance from my garage door with rear bumper kissing my wall.

About 18' 1" for AC/RC and 19' 2" for DC

 

Can confirm with level at center of bumpers that my 04 DC LTD is 19’ 2”, give take 1/2”, without trailer hitch.

 

Whether or not it will fit may depend on the cab type.

I had to buy an access cab because the double cab was too long for my garage.

I should've mentioned that I've already narrowed it down to an Access cab based on the length of the DC, so I measured out 18' 2" to judge the space. The sheer amount of info on here is a huge help, so looking forward to finding the right truck and getting started.

 

I won’t be able to take measurements for you, but we have what I think is the modern “standard depth” garage these days, house is 22yrs old, and I have enough space with an AC such that, if I park with the front bumper 1” from the wall, I have about 7” of walk-behind room to squeeze my ass by.

I originally wanted a DC, but gotta be honest. Really love my AC, my only gripe is the anemic ass tail lights.

What does this even mean

 

They look so friggin' tiny in relation to the size of the bed. Even the F150 they cloned our truck off has bigger tail lights.

 

I’ve never even thought of our taillights that way.
