In true cheapskate and #refaktor fashion, I picked up @BiggHertz' gently used Onx6 Plus 30" light bar for a steal. Getting it into the Ironman Raid bumper was a bitch and a half, but it works and is solid. While I was in there, I also relocated the winch power toggle to the SP9100, so pairing that with the remote plug relocation, I no longer need to reach inside the bumper to use the winch.

Toight like a toiger. In the side bracket pics, I had already carved out some of the bumper metal to make room. I ended up needing to hack out a little more to give myself enough space for the final mounting. It's very, VERY close to the winch control box, but should be okay.

Turned out great though. 10/10 would do again.

I should probably read a few of these build threads one day. I really just prefer bugging people I guess

I should start a build thread. Called….ToyoMafia’s copy cat tundra build featuring better ideas and techniques then I could come up with.

I’ve only got what I captured in this thread… I’m pretty sure I copied it from someone else on the forum though, so I’ll see if I can find where/who that was.

And while folks would love your build thread, I think the boat thread is more enjoyable. 1) jet boat 2) unique info on the forum

I traded my TRD engine skid and local fab shop cat plate to @AT x AT for his RCI steel setup a couple weeks ago. Today I finally had time to scotchbrite and rattle can them all while I listened to work calls all morning. Decided to do the front engine plate in an off white to make it stand out a bit, kinda like the TRD plate. I need to get some slaps on it. And maybe one that says Lays Potato Chips to match the well-used curviness that Jimmy imparted.

What kind of bolts did you go with where the 2 skids overlap?
Mine has common hex head bolts for now but I don't like how they stick out.

I used @Talon2006's nut plate and it was a game changer. Makes the skid install so much easier. https://talonsgarage.com/products/trd-nut-plate

Definitely looks better in the bumper, but I’ll have to see how the output changed next time I’m out at night. Guessing it’s still bright AF…
