I'm a few days late but got a lot to update.

Dropped my truck with my brother and he knocked out a bunch of work in prep for our camping trip to Yellowstone next week. Front Frozen rotors and Hawk LTS pads from @dirtydeeds, SDHQ stainless brake lines, ECGS front diff bushing and new Lexus drain plugs, and driveline service. It really pays to have a relation with a lift but damn does it make me miss having one and the opportunity to work on your stuff.

Also took a look at how bad the front coil overs are. The passenger is toast. Thankfully I've got a set of 6112's in the garage just about ready to go on once I get the truck back from Yellowstone.

All this happened on Friday 6/6, in time to get down to Toytec for their Customer Appreciation Day, and boy do I feel appreciated! I won a gift certificate for a set of Icon wheels, and my son won a new snowboard. Looks like I gotta look into lessons for the kiddo this coming winter.

Looks good, ive had mine sitting in the box for like two months. Too lazy to remove my kids car seats to install it. One of these days I will.

It took me about an hour and that included chatting with my neighbor and cutting my Husky liners to line up. Absolutely worth it.

Looks good! This has been on my list for a long time! Are the bins big enough to accommodate a pair of work boots and a hard hat?

That's what I said. I haven't ridden in over 20 years. So lessons, rental (not gonna let him out there on his new board learning) and gear...

Just some maintenance stuff. Replaced the coolant and did a D&F on the transmission. Took more time taking off the skids to get access.

Wheel bearings arrived, new extended lugs arrived. Replaced these not too long ago but since it's apart why not. Carbon fenders arrive tomorrow.

This may sound like a dumb question but do you disconnect your battery when welding on your truck?

Added this awhile ago. Someone told me it might even be illegal in some states. Don't know if there's any truth to that but I'll take that chance. I absolutely love it. Maybe that's just because I'm an old farm boy at heart.

Not a dumb question. Yes. And you should keep the ground as close to the welding area as you can.

As for me, my truck rolled over 70k miles today.

Looks like he has changed his box design. I am assuming the box design was changed to accommodate the requirements for the sub. Did he supply the JL Sub?
    What Amp are using?
This is the sub and box he used to sell.

not sure regarding design change. I am using audiocontrol lc-5-1300 for my setup. I did not get the sub from him but got it from abt.com instead. Cheapest price i could find.
    Is your ported also?

the slotted in the box is to have clearance for the middle seat mounting bracket, i think. Once i put the seat back, it lined up to that slot and it cleared the bracket more. Still plenty of space behind the seat though.
