Thanks for the plans, it works really well. Super easy install. If anyone needs a bracket, let me know and I can get one for you. My neighbor printed this one for me yesterday. $45 with hardware and shipping.

I had two, they are both gone now. If you are in Colorado Springs and want one printed, I have a guy. Here are his contact details (charged me $25+Tax):

You may want to grab the zip file from Raylo's project - not sure if he held on to it (that's all he needed).

I was able to get one of the brackets form 4RunnerConvert yesterday and install it yesterday afternoon. I did have to tweak it a little but all is good now.

You oughta make one for the grille. Where its offset a bit to the left or right side. I like that look.

You could just as easily mount this to either side if you like.

@ Raylo or others..... I purchased the bracket from Catz Design Farm and it is just as advertised and great service. Now I have all the stuff for plates and title finally processed and am ready to install the front plate. I gave it a good study yesterday and found it was difficult to get my hand into the back side of the lower grill to hold the small bracket while trying to insert the screws. I did glue the nuts into the bracket to make getting the screw started easier. But it is like a 2-person task....one to hold the bracket on the backside of the grill and the other to get the screws started from the front bumper side. Is this how you did it? Any tips you can share? Thanks.

I just received mine as well from Cats Design Farm - Did yours come with the bolts to mount it? I just got the 2 plastic pieces and 2 little plastic washer looking things.

You will need to purchase 4 5/16" x 1-1/2" or 2" screws with nuts. Suggest you use stainless. Apply a small dab of glue to hold the nuts in place. I used a long wire to position and hold the bracket in place until I got the screws started.

I have one I printed out of ABS and no longer use. I'd be happy to send it to you free of charge if you want it. PM me your address and I'll get it sent out in the next few days.

Would it be better to put some type of felt/fuzzy material on the backside of the mount where it touches the visible part of the bumper to avoid scratching? I am thinking to paint that lower center piece that this mount would sit on top of.

I used some thin silicone sheet cut to fit. There is a link to that in the 3D part description. That works great but any soft or fuzzy stuff would do. Even just some electrical tape would give plenty of protection.

Annnnd more money spent. Love how I told the wife I wasn’t gunna mod the truck. It has 113 miles on it and I’ve bought a pile of stuff for it already haha. That way you can enjoy it the entire time you own the truck!

Same here, but in our defense at the time I truly and genuinely had no plans to mod and thought I'd be happy stock. Things change!

And man this forum is no good for me, I saw that HKS Legamax exhaust and now I don't know how I can stop myself from not spending $1800 on that. I wish I never saw it but you can't put toothpaste back in the tube.

But it doesn't hurt to stay as far off the radar as possible. The kit looks attractive tho.

Is there any padding behind it to keep it from flapping against the valance?

Ya it’s got soft side Velcro, that lower bumper is plastic though so won’t matter since it’s not painted.

I asked the question earlier in the thread, there is a silicone sheet you can adhere if you click through the link.

On a related note, if the dealer was wonderful enough to drill holes into your front bumper I found the OEM replacement part: 53911-0C100 called lower panel or front lower valance. Confirmed by a parts dept I called to fit the 2025 as well.

I'm torn if I want to paint this or not, but likely will not as it probably takes a lot of debri hits.
