I am debt free aside from the truck, and I don't ever put anything on the CC unless I have the money to pay it off immediately, but I can't honestly afford a mortgage at what house prices are these days. It's bonkers.

SHTF at work just before midnight. Hasn't let up for a bit over 5 hours. Hell of a Friday.

 

Part of my commute includes a two lane highway with lots of hills, curves and oncoming traffic.

Sometimes I get stuck behind a slow moving truck.

When we merge onto the 4 lane divided highway and I open up the V8 to get past all the slowpokes, it really gets the blood flowing.

here in Texas we use a spray called Glock.

Does anyone else ever get a chuckle out of For Sale posts where the seller states "the wife wants it/them/whatever out of the garage?"

My wife and I have an unspoken agreement: I don't tell her what she can or cannot have in the house, and she does not tell me what I can or cannot have in the garage.
It's worked for 32 years so far.....

 

That drives me nuts. Like, grow a spine dude.

The one that really drives me nuts is "break the bank" Example: I'm looking for recommendations for "X" it needs to be done perfectly and high quality without breaking the bank. Drives me absolutely insane.
