Blue Sea 12 circuit and Relays

Starting on the project, think I’m headed in the right direction, I know the forum, will steer me in the right direction’s, @RainMan_PNW, @Tundra234.

 

I’m thinking the area for the Relays is good, screws are self tapping into the plastic, hand tighten, but not going into steel, any suggestions, wiring come from the cab, right under the relay wire, through the rubber grommet.

 

are those sealed bases and potted relays?

 

Yeah sealed, and put some paper towels, in the area, went through car wash, not a drop of moisture.

 

That's a lot of relays and fused circuits. What are you installing?

 

Going to be future Mods, you already know, we can’t have 1,2,or 3, our Forum is always, coming with a new suggestion, just some lighting now.

 

Gen 3 has a 6 circuit. Gen 2.5 is a 4 (+) only with relay forward of battery. Also picture of where I went thru firewall on 2.5.

 

An RTMR is a much easier and compact solution FYI, the eBay link is kinda pricy now, I think I got mine for $100 a few years ago, there are some on Amazon too.

i’ve bought multiple items from that ebay seller and i’ve always been satisfied. I normally order up the stuff directly from his online store. He can also wire up certain relay kits with your choice of wire gauge size and colors. He’s easy to work with.
