I had Discount Tire mount a Nitto 35x11.5x20 tire on my Wicked 20x9, 0 offset wheel and it was rubbing on the body mount, and real close to the outer 'ear' looking like thing near the front of the tire.

I have a 3" Extreme Terrain lift/leveling kit on it, mud flaps removed, plastic near fogs removed. Currently on 33x12.5x20 Geolander mud terrains. No rubbing.

    Any ideas?

Get closer to OEM offset, ideally about 45mm.

Thanks for the quick suggestion, I thought zero offset was in the ball park. Guess its 33's and I move on.

FWIW, I run 35 x 12.5 x 20 on +18 offset wheels and have no rubbing. This is with TRD Pro Fox shocks (takeoffs) on my 2018 Platinum. I run SPC uppers with ~+6.5° of caster. So im sure you can make those 35s work, but may need some allignment adjustments (and possible aftermarket UCAs to facilitate that). But as @Ponderosa_Pine said above, offset is going to be the biggest factor
