The closest Costco is 30 minutes away, the only reason I had a membership was for hearing aids.
We bought few little other stuff there, got my hearing aids at my EMT this time.
We might cancel the Costco membership, but they are building a new one 5 minutes away.
We just don't buy stuff in bulk, being the 2 of us.

We're getting a new Target, Home Depot, and something called BJ's Wholesale.
Might look into it when it opens..

BJ's Wholesale Club - Low Prices from Leading Brands

Closest Sam's to us is in East Dallas 3rd world ghettoville.
No way I'm going in there.

I'm not a fan of Walmart, and since Sam's is pretty much Walmart....................:(

Personal opinion which I know won't be popular here but...

when doing outdoor things I don't like motors anymore. They disrupt and change the experience for me. One of the reasons I sold my dirt bikes.

Nothing wrong with that, we all have our preferences and quirks. A good example is I refuse to use live bait. I know it works better but I just can't stand putting a hook through a live creature and then whipping it out and hoping something chomps on it and then if something doesn't I reel it in and cast it out again. Just feels like I'm torturing an animal. As far as the motor thing, there's definitely a time and a place for a motor. We have some very large lakes as well as chains of lakes from three all the way up to like six or seven lakes so a motor is a literal necessity if you want to actually fish and explore the lakes and chains.

I have a feeling I might end up at Sam's more often unless they get around to building another Costco, it's just too much of a chore to deal with.

I won't go to a Costco in Denver. Funny thing is that the closest Costco in Denver is right around the corner from Sam's. Lucky for me we have a Costco in the mountains so when we go there it is usually low key and empty comparatively.

    Maybe..

Nah, you can't see but most of the grate is outside the fire ring. It swings in like a Forest Service campground ring.

Update on my aquarium. I went ahead and added 4 more dwarf tiger lilies as they seemed to be thriving in the aquarium and I just love the color they bring to the aquarium. I may also add dwarf aquarium lettuce at some point. I currently only run the lighting for 3 hours a day due to hair algae growth but if I have water lettuce blocking enough light I can keep the lights on longer.

The original batch of blue velvet shrimp colony died off to just 1 female who single handedly replenished the population of blue velvet shrimp. I'm considering another shot at chili rasboras. One of the issues with the first batch of chilis was how strong the water current was now since the pump is kinda clogged with gunk, the flow is much more gentle and the fish and shrimp are all happier because of it.

It totally sounds good on paper, but in real life a more realistic scenario would be where a woman wants to breast feed while standing in the buffet line at the Kenny Rodger’s Chicken Roasters.

I will say this, many years ago i was out running along the waterfront in downtown portland (i was in my mid-20’s at the time). It was summertime, late afternoon. I was out on a 7 mile run, clipping along at a 6 minute pace. About 100 meters ahead of me i could see a a person wearing VERY short shorts and what appeared to be a flesh colored sports bra. My first thought was, “that’s a total fashion faux pas to wear flesh colored clothing”. But the closer i got, my eyes got bigger and bigger. Turned out it was a smokin hot body hottie on rollerblades and no top! And wow, they were spectacular! I slowed my run down a bit when i finally reached her. I gave a little bit of a smirk and said (while looking her directly in the eyes), “hey!..you forgot something!…” She twirled around on her rollerblades and smiled a little at me. I then finished my sentence where i trailed off and then continued saying “….you forgot your socks!” while i pointed directly down to her feet. She instantly got a huge smile on her face and laughed. I was in the middle of my training run, so i beat feet out of there.

Thank you for spending the time to share your experience. I should bookmark your reply and reread it every few months. It sounds like you had a HUGE adventurous trips. More so than the average 10 men combined!

1 in 10,000….it sounds like you found a 1 in 10,000,000. Congratulations to finding your treasure. No doubt you had the odds staked against you? I’m currently not interested in any sort of relationship, and do my best to avoid them at all costs, but at the same time there’s still a desire that i can fairly easily forcefully quell.

As fun a white water rafting looks, i absolutely hate, hate, hate cold water. If the water was warm, then i’d be all about it. So for now i’m keeping all my KTMs. They’re all unique enough builds that even if i don’t ride them, i’d want to keep them around just to look at…plus i’m emotionally attached to my 525exc that i bought brand new back in 2005.

Right on man. When I saw one of your photos of all your KTM's posted in the moto thread I was a bit jealous. That's quite the stable for sure.

Just imagine if Marvin Heemeyer were still around today. He could have been part of this build and made it even more epic

I think I saw that movie...

Re-reading the article and actually understanding its context instead of posting for a joke like a 12-year-old boy: The court was wrong. The woman was being lewd and she knew it - and a reasonable person understands what 'lewdly' means without it describing every situation that could be considered lewd. Unless it's specifically for breastfeeding, or some other very narrow and easily definable situation, bare breasts should be considered sexual content.

More and more we're coddling bad behavior, and it's not going to serve us well. Even if it's fun to joke about it. Now back to acting like a 12 year old...
