Hello, I have only had SR5's in the past but looking to upgrade. Any reason to spend the extra cash on Platinum. I am leaning Limited because during hunting season I am pretty rough with my tundra's. Thanks, JB

    Do you want ambient lighting?
    Massaging seats?
    Air ride?
    Real leather?

If no then I would go Limited all day.

I went loaded limited. Saved 3-5k depending on how the platty is stickered.

Perfect, Thanks! No, I have no desire for those features. You helped solidify my Limited decision. JB

JBL is pretty good. If you don’t care about your listing experience, skip it. If it is important at all, I recommend.

I have the Pano, but would have skipped if the option was available.

Limited was best choice for me. Hunting, kids, country living. Thing is still plenty Gucci. Would I love a 1794? Yeah, but not worth it at this time in my life.

    And modify other things yourself.

I bought an SR5 and I used parts from the TRD PRO, 1794, PLATINUM, LIMITED, TRD OFF ROAD pack. I got a katzkin copy of the 1794 leather color.

I don't regret not getting a higher trim. I saved a lot of money and got what I wanted.
It's used as a work truck and i wanted a white truck with chrome. By choice. I know many don't like. It's how I wanted it

I bought this truck cash paid $35k brand new. And maybe $5k in all the mods. I've counted I've done 60+ mods. Some big some small.

the PEDAL COMMANDER and TRD Rear Sway bar are my 2 favorite modifications.

Pedal commander made it feel like my 2007 with aggressive sharp throttle. The 5.7 feels like it's giving me 90% of is torque immediately, super torquey feel.
And rear sway bar made the truck feel smaller when turning. Should have came stock with a rear bar

Limited is best bang for the buck, unless you want all the bling & cushy stuff.

    X3 for sure.

I had 22 Limited for 3 years. I got 24 Platinum now. Got some extras. Do not use extras every day. One thing I do like are those steps that come out when open door. Then retract to have that clean look.

I had the same dilemma when I was looking, but found a screaming deal on a 1794 and ended up getting it. I really like all the extras!
