Yes and no. Mostly along the edge of the front seat, especially since I pulled the overhead to see where it might be originating. I still couldn’t tell due to the foam in the way between the headliner and metal roof in front.

Somehow it pools in the headliner then comes out in a stream when I take a curve or stop backing up or moving forward.

One of the best-looking RCLB on this forum. Looks good, will be curious where it settles out.

    For platelets/plasma, there's two methods I've seen:

LifeSouth poked one arm, pulled out blood, separated by a machine, then red blood pumped back in. I flow pretty well and was able to knock it out the two times I did platelets with them in 30-40 mins. This was years ago, so process may've changed.

Red Cross pokes both arms, one is a supply line, the other is return line. The process is a bit more streamlined, because the machine is taking out, separating, and pumping back in with a little saline, all in one linear pattern. Platelets supposedly only takes 35-45 mins, plasma and platelets (which I did) is 90-120 mins. I got hooked up around 12:25 and was walking out the door at 2:05ish after eating some sugary snacks and having a bottled water.

I stopped donating with Red Cross because their phone nagging to come in and donate was unbearable, and no amount of asking them to remove me worked. I finally told them I intend to work on full sleeve tattoos in the coming year, and wouldn't be able to donate, "so just stop calling". I was donating with Life South for a long time because our office sponsored the drives, and it was convenient.

I recently went back to Red Cross because of my wife's medical diagnosis (I think I told you and a few of the other guys about that whole situation). I guess I didn't realize or remember how critical AB type blood is, we're universal donors (for A/B/AB/O) on plasma and platelets, after going online and doing research, clearly it's a bigger issue than whole red blood these days, so ... I figured "what the hell", and ponied up.

While I was there, one of the staff mentioned Red Cross now has this Specialized Donor Program. You get $50 (roughly a buck a minute) just to go in for a physical to see if you're eligible. If eligible, they'll call you in for draws, and pay $200+ for the 1-2 hour procedure, and there's some procedures that are longer (3-5 hour) which pay up to $350. They let you donate once every 56 days, and a donation renews your eligibility, which will expire 90 days after your last donation. But when you go in to be re-screened for eligibility, they still pay you $50 for your time.

Seems like a good way to do some good and add some slush money for hobbies etc. But the donation locations where you can participate are limited. Just so happens there's one in ATL, and it just so happens to be the location where I usually donate.

Looking for the OEM pads for 13WL brake upgrade. Is the above still the correct part# (#04465-AZ200)? I don't see that part number under the "replaces" section when searching Toyota parts site. The pads that I do have are 04465-35290 (green check mark saying it fits my 2002) in my cart to order but I'm guessing I should just look up whatever the newest pads for a 2004 instead?

PS @FirstGenVol - Just blood donations, it's one arm, you squeeze a ball while your body dumps blood into the bag. Anything helps, so if you don't have time for the other stuff that's 45min+, go give blood. Especially if you're an O type, AB+ types are highly sought after too, since you're A and B compatible (that's why they're always bugging me for anything I'll give)

I can usually fill a full bag in 5-6 minutes for red blood only, it takes longer to hook up and remove than it does for me to donate. My wife is a slow bleeder, she takes 10-12 mins/bag.

I've NEVER had an issue with anyone at Red Cross missing a vein, blowing out a vein, or other stuff. Compare that to my experience with about 1 in 4 nurses who've ever hooked me up at a doc office or lab who always seem to screw me over somehow, and ... well. I guess it's what you'd expect, these people at Red Cross are jabbing people all day long, but I've been donating since high school, and can't recall a single time when anyone with Red Cross specifically (or Life South) caused me any grief with their jabbing.

Getting 20% tint done on the front windows right now. They measured my windows at about 80% stock already, doesn't have any film on it. Curious if thats the case/typical for others.

Side note: While waiting around in the lobby, they have the 11" floating Alpine and the display looks pretty impressive as well as the UI. The AX6000 Sony pales in comparison in terms of display (figuratively and literally)

Definitely changed my reasons for giving blood but it brings back memories of first time giving blood.

Back in my Jr College days, early 70’s, a few of us would head up from NW Jr College to Memphis on Fri evening after classes. We’d donate blood, they’d give us $20 and off we went. First destination was Steels liquor store, Como Ms. Needless to say that bought us a few bottles of Boones Farm. Yeah, I wasted parents money going to Jr College but had a hell of a time doing it.

For the front clamp, notice any significant difference in turning response/tightness, beyond "perceived" response?

Did you need to clamp the rack in place while you popped the old clamp off and installed the new one, to keep it from shifting?

The steering does feel tighter, maybe I'm just imagining things. I was able to keep the other two bolts tight and just remove the old clamp, though I might have to loosen all of the rack bolts but that wasn't the case.

    Too skinny for me.

I can't find my photoshop of my truck with the thicker heritage stripes.

I want to do something like the T100 rally truck in GT Horizon. Especially on the hood. If I could find that hood decal tomorrow, I'd buy it and install it ASAP. I love it. The striping from the rear back would just be bonus.

Here we are. I was tinkering with two different thoughts. I think the flare being white is cooler.

Truck has been sitting all week after a PCV crankcase trouble shoot last week. Just not driving much.

Today I walked out and saw a new puddle on my driveway.

Looked underneath and the front diff was coated in fluid... Red, not stinky. Not gear oil. Turns out transmission fluid.

Looks like it's coming from the driver side hose where the transmission cooler/warmer line is attached to the lower radiator.

Is it common for these to leak/ replace hose? Clamp? Both?

Guess I'll be replacing some things and checking the fluid..

Radiator is 2 months and 2000 miles old. I am really hoping it's not the fitting and that it's the hose/clamp...

How would you tell the difference? To my eyes the radiator, threads, and hexes on the fitting are dry "up steam" of the hose on the fitting, such that the leak looks to be coming from where the hose clamps to the fitting...
