Fake v8 Sound Can Be Disabled

I liked the sound of my previous 2016 5.7L V-8, but I like this V-12 sound best of all, check out 40 seconds in, it's loud:

I just had this done at the dealer and was specific in having them turn off ESE and leave on ANC. Is there anyway I can verify that the ANC is on? I am hearing more road noise now but I'm not sure if that's from not hearing the fake engine sounds anymore or ANC being off.

Can you buy it and makes the changes to your set up and then cancel the app?

 

Yes, I bought one to use on my Tundra & wife's Lexus. Then you can cancel your subscription or just put it on hold. It works very well & is easy to use. Glad to get rid of the fake noise & seatbelt chimes.

 

Got the Carista EVO and downloaded the app. Turned off the enhanced engine sound and left the ANC on. What a difference for me. Now I know how much I hated the phony V8 sound. But couldn't do anything about sequential turn signals unless I upgrade. Now waiting for the right time (if there is a right time) to remove the stock exhaust and replace with a good unit. But have to make sure I won't get any threats of losing warranty over Toyota's petty argument regarding after market equipment. AWE exhaust systems sounds good. Anybody out there purchase their system yet?
