Does anyone have experience with these bed stiffeners? I know they all operate on a similar premise but I cannot find an install file or video anywhere. I'd like know exactly what I'm doing before putting holes in the truck. Anyone have experience with this kind of hardware? Is it just like a drywall anchor? Thanks!

What are you putting in the bed that would require bed stiffeners? First I’ve heard of these and kinda interested in the benefits, but the bed is already pretty stiff and strong in my opinion. I feel like adding more drilling into it compromises it’s structural integrity even further?

Appreciate the helpful response! I saw this video but my hardware is different. I'm just not sure about the gold bolt receivers in my pic above. Or why there is only 1 super long hex bolt that doesn't seem to fit anything.

You probably got the wrong install kit. It would be helpful what brand it is

Looks like that bolt is to set the plus nuts. Same workflow as this Tacoma install more than likely
