What are you drinking?

Work is done. Lawn is done. Time for a beer. This one is called Jet Lag, from a local brewery. Cheers fellas!

I think you're the second person I've come across that actually knows about those.

 

Yeah....I was a Bartender in my younger years so I got to try all kinds of drinks.
Used the ole finger on Straw method to try a bunch of weird one's.
I like em because you cam make em REALLY strong and they're still smooth.

 

Booze.

Wife made breakfast tacos and I had a Mexican Coke with it.

 

Best Coke in the world right there. Reminds me when I was a kid back in the 70s.

 

Washed the pontoon canvas down at the laundromat, took the winter cover off, and generally got it ready to go in the lake for the summer. Then mowed the lawn about as quickly as I could so I wouldn't have to deal with it one night this week. Finally got to relax and reward myself with a couple of the Kona Big Waves my wife bought me yesterday.

 

Mount Gay rum and tonic. It's what you drink after racing boats.

I'm no connoisseur of whiskey, though it is really the only spirits I drink, anymore.

Yeah...if I'm drinking Whisky it's Crown on the rocks.
I have yet to find a smoother Whisky and I've looked pretty hard.

 

A glass of Pendleton whisky on the rocks. Seemed fitting after an afternoon at the rodeo and a nice thick slab of steak for supper.

 

I'd forgotten about Mojitos!!
The Wife and I used to make them on a pretty regular basis.
Know what I'll be drinking/making next weekend.

Try Mount Gay or Havana Club 3 if you can find it. They both make a nice Mojito.

 

Guess that depends on how you look at it.
If I wake up with a terrible hangover I'm gonna say bad.

I live just south of "NoVA" (King George, VA) but there's a local guy here (Caledon Coffee) who roasts coffee in his basement in a subdivision...and yet it's some of *THE* best coffee I've ever had. Family that lives in Gig Harbor, WA and are huge coffee snobs are like "....WHERE did you get this stuff?"
