Yes, I ordered a 25lb. from Amazon and have been wearing that every time I do cardio.

I have a Polyfit (brand) vest. It's gone up in price but they often have sales. It is good quality and is holding up well.

There are tons of options depending on your goals. Realize that a lot can be made lighter (remove the weighted bars) but some of the lighter ones don't have all the spots in case you decide to go heavier. So think about it a little before purchasing.

Have some and use on occasion. If I did more in air conditioning I might like them more. But I sweat too much with them to want to use them often

I have serious shin splint issues so I won't wear them.

    Been pumping iron since 1982.

Im old, still above ground, and in the gym 6-7 days a week

Lifting heavy is long gone. Muscles can handle it, but joints cannot.

Too much heavy shoulder work has given me frozen shoulder. Still a functional human, but the days of holding a 4x8 sheet,of 1/2" drywall are over.

Lots of stretching, light weights, sets of 50 reps.
