There might be a slight flake in it, like Mudbath, but probably going to look pretty flat. Terrible quality picture. The Tundra and/or Sequoia this is from is under 24/7 surveillance, so whoever took the picture was risking their job.

If they're going to risk their jobs, they should at least put on recovery hooks.

i think matte colors should start becoming a thing too. easier to take care of, and looks good in my opinion.

[While I was in Miami, they stole my rental car, because apparently, they didn't have enough time to load up a gun and shoot me. On the street, there was a Lexus, a BMW, and in the middle was my car; the rental car. The Plymouth Horizon. Here's a math problem for you, don't ponder it too long or your head'll explode, but how many drugs would you have to consume, in what period of time, to be on the street and go, "Well, I gotta have the Horizon! Are you kidding me? I've never driven a car that's aqua!"] -Lewis Black

Damnit I'm a blueprint person but also a Chargers fan so this is a conundrum because a giant bolt on that would look sweet. OK nope because making your truck easily recognized by road ragers isn't a good idea. The thought passed.

If you like liked Terra or mudbath and call this bad. Send me your zip, I’ll get you connected with a local optometrist.

Guess this removes any speculation about Toyota adding recovery hooks. If the TRD Pro doesn't have them, can't imagine any other trim would.

Mudbath just doesn't photograph well and it quite good looking in person. Terra has grown on me as I see it more out in the wild.

This is quite the departure from the past colors, with Electric Lime being the outlier - but it was never on the Tundra/Sequoia.

They will become standard at the refresh.

There was someone who has them that was recently in an accident and the hooks came out fairly easily in the accident. Two reasonings: safety and to keep the frame from needing to be replaced.

That's actually pretty impressive from an engineering standpoint if you think about it.
They're strong enough to be able to yank the truck out of a ditch, but are sacrificial in an accident to save from worse damage.
Assuming they were actually engineered that way.

I'm the same with Mudbath and Terra. Not my faves but I don't hate them.
Neither one photograph well IMO but don't look terrible in person.

This blue however, I will likely still hate.

Terra looks terrible in person. Mud bath reminds me of quicksand which was a crap color too. Voodoo blue would have been nice but at least it’s not another gray
