Not yet, we just swapped to stage 2 about a week ago, stock inj still, wanted to get a map made for the intercooled, stock injector set up in case anyone went that way. Just added the 650cc to get a map done on those, then we'll jump to our 880cc and crank it up some more. We are also in our busiest time of year (spring / tax return season), so free time has been limited as we are just flat out all day currently.

Quick update. Tested the water/meth setup using a custom switch panel and relay box to arm it. The switch panel is connected to the accessory circuit so that when the truck is turned off, all switches automatically turn off, deactivating the relays. The relay goes directly to the battery, and when the switch is on, the relay arm the water meth system.

Designated switch to arm the water/meth system AUX1:

Relay box view. 6 relays are controlled by the switch panel. The first one is assigned to the water/meth system:

When the system is armed both LEDs (in the controller and the external) turn on. When the pump is active the LEDs becomes brighter.

    Controller:
    20250504_200017.jpg

External LED that mimic the controller LED:
    20250504_200024.jpg

Love this setup and how it works. Having that second LED visible at that level really makes it easy to see when it is active or detect a problem indicated by the amount of LEDs flashes in the event of a system failure.

Any particular reason to go with Turbos over a Supercharger that you know works?
    Just curious.

Turbos work also. I like the way they come on and the sound. Less boost to achieve similar power levels. No additional pulleys or belts. Can be setup with electronic boost control for in cab adjustability. Lower iat’s.

I really need to mount my second led. Right now it’s just curled up and stuffed above the steering column just hanging in the wild. Think I’ve finally convinced myself to drill a hole and mount it in my a-pillar at eye level. Just no other place I want to put it.

Few months ago, before this Turbo kit was available, I started to see the need to add more HPs to my Tundra. Using the Tow/Haul Mode didn't feel that much after adding bigger tires and the weight that came with the 6 in. lift kit, sport/roll bar, powered running boards, semi bumper with a hidden winch, among other minor stuff. The price for the SC was 7k so I literally held the horses at that moment. In the beginning of March of last year @TurboKits released this kit for the first time. At that moment they were looking for like 2 or 3 DIY guys who want to work with them by giving feedback on the whole process from the install to the tuning to the driving, etc. Also, they were offering about $1,000 worth of extras and some discounts as well. At that moment I saw a great opportunity to make something different and learn about it at the same time. So far, the more I learn the more I like it. The need for more HPs, the starting price for this Turbo kit and the lovely sounds it generates were the 3 main reasons for me. I don’t have experience with SC but based on what I saw on reviews the SC is a great option and a proven technology for Tundras with a good warranty. There is plenty of data about SC on Tundras too. I have seen impresive performance numbers for SC and recently started to see great results too fo TC here. The time will allow us to provide more feedback on the Turbo stuff. But so far @TurboKits, @bflooks, and @centex provided great data and feedback that adds a lot of value to this new system. I am very excited about this install, and I can't wait to have everything set. It is taking more time than I anticipated due to unexpected personal situations but I will do it including stage 2!

Had the TRD Blower in my Tacoma which of course is made by Magnuson.
It ripped and I never had a problem with it.

    More Power To Ya.....
You have a lot more ambition than I do.
Gonna go the easy way with the Magnuson.

You've asked this question a couple of times over the last month or so. I'm unsure if you're genuinely curious about something or just looking to revisit 72 pages ago. Can you help clarify?

I’m really curious where the test mule with the bigger injectors and pump end up at. I still haven’t ruled out doing a bigger pump and cranking the boost up but it’s so happy right now.

That's great news! I need to reach out to them and see if we can order the rotating assembly etc from them and have our own machine shop slap it all in.

Curious what they recommend for that. My discussions concluded it was only for full race, which I suppose is where you're headed.

Headunit says 5.7sec. Boost was only 5.8-6psi and AFR’s have leaned out to 11.8-12. Need to grab a log and send it in to see if it needs some tweaking now that I’ve got a couple thousand miles on the last revision. Wondering if fuel trims have adjusted. Ethanol is still showing 0%. Trucks runs great as you can see and I’ve got zero complaints.

Great, just about wrapped on the Stage 2 650cc Tune, then dropping in the 880cc to get a base tune and then heading to the DYNO to maximize power output. We have some behind the scenes stuff we are working on, which has kept us a tad quiet and created a longer tuning process, but it's progressing nicely!

No DYNOs yet, just getting the tunes dialed in and making sure mechanically, etc everything is ready to go. Were also in New England and it's been raining a straight 2 weeks. Our plan is to make sure we won't run into any surprises on the DYNO, by testing the various stages on the street first. Then we will book a whole day at the DYNO where we will revert back to Stage 1, tune and DYNO, Swap to Stage 2, Tune and DYNO and then push push. Plus as stated, we are working on something behind the scenes, which will be amazing for the community, so we are taking our time to really capture the proper data, rather than just push to see the MAX and post a glory run.

In regards to the 650ccs, rough math is 550 Wheel HP at 80% duty cycle, so 7-8+ PSI and we're probably at the cap of the 650cc in terms of safe flow rating.

Damn it! This last sentence has me kicking dirt right now. Looks like there will be a nearly new (~1k miles total) set of DW 650's coming up for sale in the very near future.

@TurboKits - might as well add a set of the 880s to my rolling tab. Given you have the flowrates, I am fine with those going in whenever makes the most sense (probably during the swap?). I also have the XAT rails coming with the motor, but those can be done together or at a later date - I'll defer to you on that part of it. I'm def still holding out hope we can coordinate on that dyno day(s), and having never swapped fuel rails, I am fully open to discussion about when/where is the right time for those.

After rewatching @Fastlane47 and his videos of his XAT built motor taking 16-18+lbs of boost, I'm really excited to see what happens with a turbo at "up to" 15psi. Motor will be the same build, both with upgraded VBs, both with limited slip rear diffs... it should be ludicrous amounts of fun.

Jesse do you think it's the injectors or the pump that's at the limit with the 650's? I wouldn't mind bumping the power up some more but I'm not real interested in dropping the tank but injectors are easy enough to swap. Be curious to see how far we could take the factory e85 setup.

That was simple math based on 650cc at 43 PSI FP, 80% duty cycle max and pump gas FI.
