I'll have to go out and check...
It's been a long time since I've used it.
Do you live in a high humidity environment?
That was my biggest issue. Had to add a water trap between the compressor and the blast cabinet.
On a really humid day it would fill up the water trap about every hour.
It would make the sand clump up and it wouldn't pick it up.

Friend bought these 25 years ago, and she now wants them restored.

Gonna be fun disassembling and getting to the powder coaters

Seen this guy while turkey hunting. He did the peek a boo routine. Each time he hid, I stepped closer. Chipmunks can be curious critters. It took about 3 times to get close enough for the photo. IMG_8258.jpg

Went on a road trip today. Took only a couple of pictures. As you can see, it is an old, and overgrown railroad. Stumbled upon it by accident.

It is an older town, and being on the rails, I could just imagine what was transferred by rail back in the day. Really shows how much things have changed over the course of time.

Some places turn old railroad tracks into hiking/ biking paths. Also shows how Mother Nature takes over if not maintained.

Bike paths revitalize areas, and unfortunately allow migration, and some crime, both easily curtailed when desired to be

Powder coat color you would do?
Friend asked me to have powder coated for her.
    White?
    Black?
    Statuary bronze?
    Flaming pink?
    What say, ye?
Pressure washed the slats, now disassemble and to be refinished

I like statuary bronze, but I'm old fashioned

Beautiful area. I am fortunate to be passing thru there every year in the fall. I like to stop by the marina and eat at the Sandbar & Grill in the pic.

Yeah, that has been one of the biggest complaints I have heard when talking with some in the small towns I go through.

Rather than pull em off you put nail polish on em and they cant breathe so they let go on their own.
You run the risk of infection if the head is stuck.

Kinda reminds me of the trees here in Texas where they grow straight,do a 90 for a short stretch,do another 90 and grow straight again.
Turns out this was how the indians marked trails.

The problem with this approach is that by irritating the tick, it forces the tick to expel its waste, through its feeding tube near its mandibles , into the host. If you grab the tick at the connection point to the host, once you squeeze the tweezers, it cuts off that pathway for the excretions to enter the host. Irritating it makes them shoot their junk in you

This is why a tick that just grabs onto the host, being removed, doesnt transmit disease. Ticks require feeding on the host first, to generate the waste that contains the bacterium, and pathogens through its saliva (excretions) which then can be transmitted.

Never had an issue going this route so far.
And again you dont want to pull them off and leave the head.

Oh...you can add an agitator as well.
    I normally knee the cabinet.
If I were doing a lot of blasting I'd buy a better cabinet no doubt.

Used my blaster cabinet today to start on my nerf bar brackets.

It is amazing how much you use these cabinets when you get one up and running

Before I got my blast cabinet....
Used pool salt as my blasting agent.
It's super fine and works great.
A modified part from my AR before recoating.
