Well, I think I might have an issue. About 800 miles on the truck so far and I started hearing this noise about a week ago when at a stop or in park but it’s been so intermittent that I haven’t gotten it on video yet. Finally got it today. It’s definitely seemed to shift funny at times. Almost like the engine and transmission aren’t quite in sync. Anyways, take a listen guys.

Seen similar posts with people saying they are getting transmission replaced for this kind of noise. Non-hybrid btw.

That's frustrating. We have the same truck. So far I have not noticed any noises that give me concern on mine. I'll have to listen for this over the weekend and report back.

I’ve noticed after it’s in park for 30 seconds or so and then it starts and then goes away. Seen a few people mention something about the flex plate and the torque converter. I’m not worried. I bought it knowing I might have an issue, but I still love the truck. I know Toyota will fix it.
