The replacement reverse lights aren't amazing. Better then stock but my brake lights are way brighter.

The backup lights (in the tail lights) are pretty bright. I thought they would washout the reverse camera but they don’t. I did not get the reverse lights in the bumper that they offer, mainly because popping off the bumper caps is a major PITA that I don’t want to do again.
I hope their headlights are “reasonably” priced as I’ll swap out my alpharex headlights for them when available

Both the switchback not-vent lights and the amber not Raptor lights are wired to a switched fuse tap on the pass. side fuse box and come on with the ignition. I may rewire them to come on with running lights or headlights.

How do you like the hitch light? Does it make a difference? I've been contemplating grabbing this.

    At home:

Amazon mudflaps, Spigen screen protector, Hitch cover, JDMCAR console organizer, JDMCAR panel overlay.

    At dealer:

Bed step, tonneau cover, wheel locks, running boards.

Fun fact 1: When I had my Tacoma, the first visit to service ended with me finding out only the locking nut was keeping my tire on. Pic attached for wtf

Fun fact 2: They were supposed to order me the steps like I had on my Tacoma, but for some reason ordered the ones in the pic. After seeing a similar one with the originals, I'm somewhat tempted to have them changed. Thoughts?

Quite literally by the grace of God. That was me pulling off on a side street after driving 15 minutes home on the beltway. I had to sit down on the curb for a while after I saw it.

    Welcome!
Absolutely unbelievable on your Tacoma lug nuts. How any or all of those wheels didn't shake themselves loose is beyond me.
I would have raised holy hell with that dealer's service department after that.

I prefer the look of the one pc. steps you have versus the other ones shown with the step pads and plastic end caps.
Those TRD steps are considerably pricier too. Aluminum versus steel of the other ones I believe.

Nice truck, congrats. My next one will be a Platinum.

I know. It was just that wheel, somehow. I work for the same dealer group that owns the Toyota store/service dept (They're separate locations) and when I pulled into the lane, all I said to the valet was "Service manager, now" and showed him the picture. I demanded they check all the tires and sit that tech down and fully explain how many people could have been impacted by his neglect. He was understandably shocked. Every other experience there has been great. I would have driven that Taco til it couldn't go anymore, but I'm loving this new truck. I'm glad I settled on the Platinum after going back and forth. I feel like I like the look of the step pads but I do think you're spot on with the price difference of the trd vs them. I'm inclined to just live it it, right now.

If you decide you don't want those TRD steps, I claim dibs! Have been looking for a used set that is reasonably priced, and that's proven very difficult. Matter of fact, I have the other ones you wanted, if you want to trade! :D

I switched from the DD pod to BD and can see a difference between the two. Worth the loss I took from buying/selling the DD.

I have a set of take-offs like new in the box sitting in my garage. I preferred the look of the Predator steps.
