I also think this is what makes me extremely uneasy about trusting in the brand moving forward. I’m all for a Kai-Zen approach but knowingly having something listed for sale, that is for all accounts in a beta testing phase, is just bad business practice. If you are well aware of product inadequacies, pull it off the website until it’s done and representative of your brand. Knowingly selling something like this to the uninformed is just bad business.

imagine those that don’t work on their own vehicles having to pay a shop to install, remove when they find out of all the fitment issues, and then having to wait for the product to be revamped before getting a new one, and then paying someone again months down the road.
This is what pissed me off more than anything and bought the entire lineup of products Stillen has to offer and ended up selling off or returning everything because of how bad the customer service was and how little I trusted your products.

Only those who returned it got a refund. If you kept it, so did they

Will, Brianna also apologized but those apologies didnt materialize into anything other than a few posts. And youre right, a simple apology isnt enough. We've given Stillen feedback and we go back to the same ol thing with radio silence. It wasnt until a member here posted his thoughts on the revised kit that we got to see the actual revisions. Which I have to say, werent that impressive for the time it took and the feedback we all provided.

All this time, the kit has been for sale on the site....v1 or v1.1, whichever was being shipped out...doesnt matter since neither are good enough, unless thats the quality Stillen is willing to accept.

So we have a delayed-failed product launch, continuous lack of communication, failed revision...all while the kit is still for sale, we are not shown the revisions and we are asked to trust Stillen that it has all been properly addressed.

How can Stillen reasonably expect us to believe anything at this point? There has been nothing knocked out of the park, no real customer service or palpable attempts at regaining consumer trust.

I think were all reasonable consumers here, we expect a quality product, fair and ethical business practices and good customer service....I dont think we've seen it all at once yet.

Seems that this needs to be locked. Lots of circles.

I take all your comments, photos, feed back and pass this over to my managers.
I completely understand your frustration, and you're right to expect more. The feedback we’ve received from the community—including yours—has been detailed and constructive, and we genuinely appreciate it. A flawless revision is the goal, but getting it right takes time. We’re working closely with our R&D team to make sure the next version does knock it out of the park for every customer.

That said, while the intake isn’t perfect for everyone, we do have customers currently running it without issues and enjoying the gains it provides. That’s why it's still listed on our site. But I hear you—it’s not just about having some satisfied customers, it’s about ensuring consistency and quality for all.

We’re not asking anyone to blindly trust us—we have to earn that back. And that’s exactly what we’re working toward. I’ll continue to be here in the forums with updates, and when the revised version is ready, we’ll make sure the details are shown clearly and publicly.
