Because of the Renegade tonneau I used Integral Truck bedside panel drop bracket extenders to lower the mounting to the rails - https://integraltruck.com/products/...op-bracket-kits?_pos=1&_psq=drop&_ss=e&_v=1.0. Then, you can use any T-Slot fastener, such as https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BG7BMLX...04b4a&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9kZXRhaWw&th=1 or https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09Z8Q42D2 from Scamazon.

No back plate. T-Slots in the rails, Integral Truck drop brackets attached to T-Slots (not needed if you do not have a tonneau), then Packout plate attached to drop brackets. I have a Bed Rug and the Packout bottom fits snug to the Bed Rug. (If you have an open bed then Integral Truck sells locking plates. I only used the brackets and not the panel.) I used two large Packout wall plates https://www.homedepot.com/pep/Milwa...L5dHSMxklMPfEqKZ_wRoCG48QAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds. I can grab some close-up photos if you want.

Right, I was looking at the single panel since that's all I have at the moment.
I have the Retrax XR, and so my front side is not gonna happen, and I kinda wanted to mount it horizontal on the passenger side before the wheel well, but looking at what Integral truck is offering, looks like a back plate or just the drop bracket is enough?
These are just duplicate of what our Milwaukee packout panel you just linked, correct?
Reason I thought I needed this because of the bottom part might swing, but am I over thinking this?

Almost correct. You use the Integral panel instead of the Milwaukee wall plate Yes - But the difference is the Integral panel locks the packout box onto the panel.
