Thats kinda what I remember but I wasnt positive so I left it open to interpretation.
The PH is supposed to be very close to tears so your eyes dont get red like they do with chlorine.
Wouldnt go back to chlorine if you paid me.

Yup. Thing just ran and ran though. I graduated to a Yamaha MX100 from it and while it was still a dinosaur, it was a big improvement.

I moved up to the YZ80.
    What a Difference!!!
It was at that point I realized the difference between a putt around bike and a Race Bike.

Ok, but what finally did the trick? You yell at it sternly, and it promptly did what it shoulda done yesterday?

When I had my motorcycles, I ran into one bolt near the shifter that was impossible to get out. I think I read somewhere elsewhere that they used red loctite. I used a heat gun (not har dryer) and viola, it came out.

That's the beaty of grinding/drilling fasteners like that. The heat generated in the process is typically hot enough to cause blue or red to let go.

Your nails took a beating getting that thing out. This was on the new bike you recently purchased?

About 9 years with our Samsung washer & dryer. 5.3ft³ washer and 7.0ft³ dryer I think.Only had to change a small plastic piece that broke on the dryer about 2 years ago or so. And washing machine just recently in the past couple months started giving us issues with an overflow sensor and a water not shutting off during rinse cycle. We have been washing clothes DAILY for about 3+ years now. I think we got our money's worth.

New GE Profile set. Slightly bigger at 5.5ft³ washer and 7.8ft³. Prob won't use most of the features it has, but whatever. Gonna have some shelving built in here soon since we're doing a shop in the next month or so. That'll clear our the upright freezer to build shelves for the clothes for all 7 of us.

Judging from the photos, you’ve got an adjacent (higher elevation) roof edge running near this cut out, so all the runoff from that is directed towards this opening.

If the rolled roof is not leaking and installed properly over the drip edge, shouldn’t be getting water where the drywall is, but this looks like a troublesome area to keep dry.
Gutters would help redirect some runoff, but not going to alleviate entirely.
