So I was thinking of changing out my mufflers for a Flowmaster Super 10. I currently have the duel out both sides and it does sound good but was wondering whether it was worth it to change the mufflers out for a deeper/louder sound. I have never had Flowmaster mufflers, are they worth it in the long run or do they wear out quickly? I live in the Northwest so extreme weather is an issue in winter. The MBRP mufflers are not in terrible shape currently so I would keep them incase the Flowmaster became an issue. I do have a small exhaust leak before the mufflers currently that I was going to have fixed and thought of maybe changing it out at that time. Do any of you have Flowmaster and are you pleased with it?

Flowmaster Special 50 here for 7 years and no issues but I live in Texas. If I recall correctly it is stainless.

Why run a more restrictive muffler than stock? When you can have a performance muffler which actually makes power. All by calling and speaking directly to the engineer of turn next exhaust system. No other exhaust company has this option. Nor our lifetime sound warranty. 760-877-4234

A flowmaster super 10 is more restrictive than the stock muffler? Damn...

+1 on this^^^^^^. I ran Flowmaster before switching to Keith's 8" system without resonator. Best decision ever!

Going to be really hard pressed to beat what Keith offers at @dirtydeeds

Lots of options on the market, but none come to mind that are outperforming his system without droning like Linda Lovelace’s vibrator in a barrel of bowling balls.

    Aaannnnnddd, they’re available painted black.
