I've been a Supervisor/Manager with many direct reports and I'm glad I'm not any more.
Likely for the same reasons I'm glad I'm not a Moderator.
I can see where the "people suck" attitude could be helpful though, eh Azblue?

 

I'm gonna have to appeal that decision because the Mod denying it is biased against large radioactive lifeforms and cannot be trusted to be impartial regarding this motion.

Yeah, I only have 7 nights in my 5 week rotation. Not bad for the benefits of the shift

 

That doesn't sound too bad. I get a bit sleepy on nights, but I don't really mind them. The schedule lets me have enough time off to properly flip my sleep schedule most times. Are you on the standard dupont schedule?

I just had to look it up.

Similar but my 4th week is four, 8 hour days and my 5th week is off. I usually shift my 8's to two 12's and one 8 (Mon-Wed), that gets me 8 days off without using leave.

The cool part about the 5 week rotation is you can burn 32 hours of leave and get 15 days off in a row. Just did that for Mexico

Been trying to coax my mind/body out of winter mode now that it's finally starting to warm up here. Getting up much earlier, yard work after working all day. Body and mind are pretty much pissed off at me so far. Good intensions I keep telling myself, keep it up.

I put my map in the truck to dark mode, I use Teams in dark mode, but the forums.... I prefer the normal view.
