So I was today year's old when I discovered I can use my key in the door to roll up or down my front windows and moonroof. I don't know why I never thought to see if the truck could do that - my old '08 4Runner had that ability to. But cool. It does. I like it.

I'm curious though - has anyone found a way to hack it so it does ALL the windows instead of just the front and moonroof? Would be awesome if it did all four doors, the moonroof, and the rear window.

I don't know about the sunroof but the 3W Liners module will do all 4 door windows.

Wow, the manual says the moonroof but not the doors.

Did you buy it new, or it is possible someone added it?
My 1994 Chevy PU had an aftermarket alarm that would do that.

    My W3 does the doors.
It is supposed to lower windows with remote unlock/lock/unlock, but I can't get my aftermarket remote start/alarm key fob to do it consistently.
It will lower windows with unlock/lock/unlock with the key in the door.
It does raise the windows when I lock it with the remote..

I bought it at 25k miles and a couple years old, in 2021.

I wonder then if this is a function of my aftermarket Compustar T3…

Do you have the OEM key fob or the Compustar key fob?
Did you try it with the key fob?
    Push unlock/lock/unlock....
It might take a little practice to get the timing right.

If your door key does that, I would guess your key fob might do it, unless you have the issue I have with the W3 module.
I can get it to work, but only one out of ten or fifteen times.
The W3 module was made to work with OEM key fob, but I have the Compustar key fob.:(

    One more question;
Do the windows go up when you lock the truck with the fob?
